There is a minor bug with international competitions league positions, the league positions aren’t associated with with the season ranking but with the actual ranking.
For example my team in season 2 reached the 7th place and is indicated (in season 2) for UEFA cup, at the time only 6 teams had that access. That information is incorrect and there must be other with no UEFA cup indication that did participate in the competition…

Sponsorship and tv rights are definitely in our plans, not sure about prizes, but probably yes. We’ve been postponing new sources of money in the game due to some milionare teams, but we need to analyze the situation again and do some work in the economy side.

there should be prize money awarded to teams that finish 1st 2nd 3rd, etc in their league and also any success in the international cups should also be rewarded with prize money. at the moment there is nothing like that and it would be more realistic and more fun and more competitive if somethng like that would happen. furthermore, money for television rights and so forth is also another idea. sponsors, etc. please let me know and what u thing people…….everyone should give their idea and opinion because it should be discussed.

I am the Betis manager (fast ticker, Spain) and I have a problem selling or loaning players. When try to do it, I obtain a error message saying that the number of players is too small. I already have 30 players, so I think this must be a bug. Could you check it?Best regards

It is a bug, he has only 4 youths :-D

and we are back! :) it will take a couple days to get things going again, but we will. but this doesnt sound like a bug to me. some of our teams are in a bad phase because we did not have some protections a while ago. We are implemeting stuff to avoid situations like this in future.
anyway, we will restart our operations and check the pending to-dos.

Are you sure that there were no suspensed players? Because then the system choses the best substitution player and maybe in your case this was an attacker what makes that 532 becomes 433.

I’ve only just found ruby soccer so this may have been found.
I’ve noticed twice that my usual and default formation 532 has been played by the opposition team and my team has played their formation, in the last match against burnley away in medium tick, my formation was 433. Both times the team has been a computer team and I have lost. I think the game engine has confused the teams, but that’s just my opinion maybe I’m just a sore loser!!

same message when I try to put a youth player avaible to loan (also goalkeeper)
similar issue now with the loan option (same team, same player – goalkeeper)
Cannot loan list player. Our squad is already too small.
And it continues … 4 youth goalkeepers plus 2 … will I get to 6 +2 .. stay tunned for more news :P
Don’t know if this has been mentioned before… we should have the league/cup names in the player history screen. We only have “league 1”, “national cup”, would be easier to know when a player changed clubs (in case of different countries) than having to check when he signed the contract.

Is there a “board happiness” with our work that we don’t see yet?
I know it might be premature, since you guys say that board expectations can be kind of off with the team’s reality, but once that gets sorted out, i think the board should start firing people. Something like x ticks with the board’s happiness towards you on the lowest level = a kick in the butt. :)

Sounds good to me, my ideia was to give a penalty like a left player playing in the right, should work. It will probably help everybody in selling defenders and midfielders :-D

In my opinion they should take a penalty just like a Left/Right/Center outside his “natural” position…

I think that, with or without penalties, a forward playing as a defender should always be weak… otherwise, it’s just a question of time until everybody stops signing defenders and midfielders :)
Once I suggested giving penalties to players playing in the wrong position (an attacker playing in the midfield or defense, as you mentioned). Some agreed, some disagreed and I abandoned the ideia, even though it still makes sense to me.

I think some people (like me) are having a hard time keeping their finance situation in a reasonable level. In my case it happened cause I pay a couple high wages and have a big squad. Economy is a hard issue but we’ll do our best to balance it whenever problems come.
In addition to that I have some ideias about player training that may improve the players quality and make the market more interesting after we add coaches to the game. We’ll see.
