Looks like 70% can play on sides but only 50% can play in the centre. I would reajust that for sure ! =) Maybe even for existing players =)

We can either adjust those percentages or do something like you said where a player would acquire a new position. I’d go for the first option to keep things simple ;)

I think it is unreal that so few players play C or RC/LC in Rubysoccer. I have too many L or R players and very few central.
Can it be changed somehow ?
For example, can ML become MLC after playing 100 matches on LC position ? This would help a lot.
And I think just in real life there are much more central players than in Rubysoccer.

We are planning to not fire the manager if nobody is interested. There will be a place where everybody can check the teams whose manager’s performance is below 10% and apply for a job. If the manager performance drops to 0% he won’t be fired unless somebody is applying for a job, in which case the best applier will be hired and the current manager will be fired. How does that sound?
Why is it that after a manager is fired the minimum period for him to re-apply for his team is 1 season and not shorter?
I mean the main reason of firing managers is to give other managers who are interested in the team the chance to apply to a favorite team.
But if nobody is interested/applies within, let’s say, 12 turns (in FT) the interest is fullfilled and the old manager should have the chance to re-apply and being hired again.
It is already applied for existing players, new generated youths will take too long to reach their 30s ;)

maybe different teams should have different wage limits to offer to each player. And even if they make different offers, players should decide basing on the club’s class, squad competition, etc.

Rodrigo, we can adjust the wage limit allowed by the board. In the past this limit was based on the player quality and what happened was that all teams offered high wages which were rejected by the board and reduced it until reaching the maximum allowed, so all offers had the same wage proposal. We need to find a good formula for that.

I agree. Besides, I think the wage limit allowed by the board is too high and still allows unrealistic wages.
I think we should to be more careful about that, ’cause this fact was one of the main problems in MS.
Good to know, ’cause I was trying to make an offside trap using the new individual tactics ( a fair one, instead of playing with zero players in defence… kkk ). For the register, it worked fair well except when a rebound happened. :-)

PS: If you want to check the facts, the game in which I did was Santos 1 × 2 Corinthians, medium ticker, league game.
Sponsorship is limited by stadium size times 10, so a team with 50000 seats would receive, in the best case, 500k from sponsorship.
Merchandise is not related or limited by stadium size, it depends on players quality.
Ticket income will be attendance times 10, so again 500k if the stadium is full. For cup final round a neutral stadium with 100000 seats is used so your stadium has no influence on that.
There is no bonus for playing in international cups, the only benefit is the attendance tends to be always good and final match represent 1M from ticket income.
Ground Maintenance is a very simple formula right now, it will always be something around your stadium size, so for a 50000 stadium it will be around 50000.

I think it would be very good if we have a small box suggesting the amount of wage to offer to a new player.
Not everyone is aware of minimal acceptable wages and we usually offer more than the player is worth to be paid.
What is the maximum income for a club with a 50000 seats stadium at the moment ?
Do we get any bonuses for playing in international cups ?
How is Ground Maintenance calculated ?

Please forgive me if someone has already talked about this before, but I was watching my game replay today and notice what appears to be a bug in mistake about the offside rule:
In several times, when my opponent shot from long distance, the ball somehow came back (defended by the keeper or have hit the bar) and another of his attackers got the rebound, this attacker seemed to be offside in the moment of the first shot.
I don’t know if it’s the frame velocity of the simulation, but my impression was that the game isn’t considering this kind of situation. Am I correct?
