2 matches to end at Premiership, I am Wigan, staying in 2nd now, Bolton is 1st.
Problem is, we have lost 2-1 at their home and won 3-0 home.
We have better goal average, 62-14 for us, 60-23 for Bolton, right now their are placed at 1st and we are 2nd, there is no explanation for this.
Maybe they can win the league in the 2 matches to come, maybe not, thing is, if it would end now, they would be champions without a reason.
Please take a look at this and fix it.
Thank You
It would be very interesting if we could negotiate sponsorship contracts with the companies (period, amount of money and prizes for winning titles).
Lobba
Player sides have been rebalanced per zone for all teams and will start affecting the match performance on next season start.
Prizes are something everybody asked since the beginning. I’ll add that to our list.
Cheers!
yeah, to make it real you should give 1mil per win in group stage, 500k for a draw in the group phase. Then each victory in CL starting in the knockout phase should have a prize according to reality!
cheers
Do we receive money from wining a champions league game?
cheers.
We’ll have money from TV in the future, as well as sponsorship. Sponsorship is supposed to increase with team’s success, merchandise increases if you have better players in your squad.
Cheers!
Not yet Sly. As you can see, our game still has a lot to improve, but it’s becoming better and more complex relatively fast, if I may say so ;-)
Hope you’re enjoying and stay with us to help RubySoccer grow!
Cheers!
What about money from TV increasing from QF in national cup and 2nd round in CL and UEFA etc.
What about a bonus when winning or being 2nd in cups and leagues
Why is merchadising not improving in relation to the team success? i had the same amount in the season 1, i have now after winning 3 times the league and 1x cup … that’s to improve.
Found it never mind :)
I do have 1 point though. Why can’t I bid on a player who ISN’T LISTED. There is no function for it?
How can I pull back an offer for a player? I made one but don’t want it anymore :).
I can’t find how I can change this :(
Hi, I’m an oldschool Managersim.com player.
I was trying to find some left over info about managersim through google and found this site. It seems to be quite the same but some miner things being different.
Are there any other old managersim managers out there? Maybe you still know me :). I use to manage Middlesbrough in Eurotest :). I was pretty good at it if I may say so :).
Hope to see you on the pitch!
Regards,
Sly
Looks like you’re right Torres, so we’d better start working on the logic which will make option 3 possible.
Cheers!
agreed. But we have antecipated that market balance would take some time to be achieved. a lot of rules and adjustments need to be implemented for this to happen. keep coming with suggestions/feedback. we will keep doing our best to make this important balance a reality as soon as possible.
cheers!
Hi mates!
The season is about to finish and we still don’t know what option is going to be chosen.
I hope that it will be option 3 (and I think that most people have the same opinion)
Cheers!
the great problem of this game is that teams need no money and they only transfer the players to show that they have them or praying that some wanker will afford them.
thats my point, in ms teams needed money and financial problems were very common…
cheers
Nice suggestions Hugo, we can probably add all of them and some are already planned (make CPU teams play friendlies, limit the amount they will pay for a player). We’ll announce new behaviours as they are implemented. Thanks!
Cheers.
If possible make them retain their best youth players (like G – Kpg>=70, D – Tac>=70, M – Pas>=70, A – Sho>=70), renew almost all contracts so that these teams retain their value (read don’t loose players for speculation market).
They could go for a low-medium budget squad with 22 players+youths and play friendlies (like 1 friendly/3 ticks) with the opposite player auto selection to use the worst 11 players, improve them, and gain overall squad value! This could improve CPU teams and market behavior taking good part of the free market for player training, with a small cost.
These teams should never pay more than player real value on a transfer, you probably can calculate that, and CPU team wage limitation on contract has to be much much lower. Please let me know about new CPU teams behavior, because I really prefer to sell most of my players for their real value!
Just a few ideas for the CPU teams… Cheers…
I agree Hugo, we’ll have to fix that for CPU teams.
Cheers.
Could be, the only problem would be England second division which ends on turn 141 I guess. Shouldn’t be a big deal, I’ll let everything prepared.
Cheers.
Well, I never get tired of saying this… CPU teams are one of the biggest problems… They can buy a 30 M player… I just sold my 31 year old keeper to one, I bought him in season 1 for 450K, he was 81 kpg and worth 4M real value, I sold him for 8 M to a CPU team!
I had half the team for sale by player value more than one season and I couldn’t sell one player by his real value!!!
In the same day one player was sold to Sevilla by 15M, 3 clubs were interested, Sevilla and 2 CPU teams, CPU teams would pay 15M for a player! One colleague had a player for sale for some time, he moved the player from 1M to 4 and the player was sold the very next day to a CPU team…
Cheers…
Wouldn’t be interesting if the side thing could start at the end of the league games and not just at the beggining of the next season? In this way teams woudn’t be playing valid games anymore and we could still make some friendlies to see how the teams will perform with the side thing working.
I kind of agree with Fabrizio on his point, but what I find really unfair is that some managers have to start thinking in solutions and others don’t (and only the luck is what has made this huge difference between them, not their managing skills)
That’s why I prefer option three. As Gabriel said, luck will also play an important role in option 3, but not as big as in the current situation.
I hope you’ll agree with me guys.
Cheers!
The guy who is selling this player is a co-worker. :-D
I agree with most of what you’ve said. Soon we’ll go back to these transfers and wages regulations, I’ve worked on them for a while and them went back to other features (players side, home team advantage, stadium reduction and increasing the number of seats), as soon as I’m done with these (maybe board expectations for next season also) I’ll add some new rules to transfers, hopefully for the best.
Cheers!
This is for everyone:
I want to know who is willing to pay $50,000,000 for a 30-year-old defender that does not even reach the 90 rating mark in Tackle?
i was looking at the transfer list for Brazil, (ok I know that in real life Brazil has the best players in the WORLD, and in Ruby Soccer they are developed prey good), but when I saw Hilton Ximenes with rating of 87 for $50,000,000 I almost fell out of my chair,
First of all he has a wage of $102,000 that is more than half of what I pay for my entire Team (and I have 9 players with 80+ rating)
Second he is already 30 years old I doubt that he will ever get to 90+
I think that the current problem with the game is that there are no limits on the Transferring of players, I think that there should be a Maximum amount that a players could be sold, I do not think that 99% of the teams could not afford payers like this, I do not think that reducing stadiums will be the solution for the financial problems of certain teams, I think that it should start with the Transfer system, here should be a regulation of all the prices and of all the wages, there would be maximums and minimums.
I just want to know out of all the managers who is willing to take the risk of paying a huge amount of money for a player that is going to take them bankrupt.
It is clear that some Managers are manipulating the Transfers of all the nations; they buy a good player because they know they have the money and then they wait the minimum amount of turns to resell the players for an elevated cost that none of us could afford.
no, they doesnt for different zones. an attacker would have the same attributes if playing in the middle of the field, for example.
cheers
Does those penalties apply also for players on different pitch zones?
I understand these apply to sides, but what about pitch zones? Can I have a defender playing on attack or midfield, or a attacker playing on defense, without penalties on these players performance?
let us consider the player X (right side player), with the following attributes (note I have covered a good range in the attributes):
shooting 100
passing 90
tackle 80
speed 70
control 60
dribble 50
keeping 40
aggres 30
the maximum penalty is 3. therefore, here is how player X would play in the left side of the field (note that I have put the capacity % aside of each of the attributes):
shooting 97 (97%)
passing 87 (96.6%)
tackle 77 (96.3%)
speed 67 (95.7%)
control 57 (95%)
dribble 47 (94%)
keeping 37 (92.5%)
aggres 33 (N/A)
cheers
So they just play at for example 80% of their normal possibilties. Or am I wrong.
all attributes.
cheers
