As for the stars the answer is yes, we definitely want to create such a system in RubySoccer. Unfortunately this hasn’t been discussed in a long while as there was always another issue to look at. If you or anybody else has any suggestions on how this should work it is very welcome!

Some interesting ideas that we can use when re-designing the system. Let’s keep the discussion going :-)
We had 3 FastTicker ticks in a row but the schedule is back to normal now. I’m not sure if I put MediumTicker back into its normal schedule but the same probably happened, 2 or 3 ticks in a row.
The matter is being discussed, we’ll probably fire the guy.
heleno ribeiro did not share IPs with the fake account and claims that somebody may have done that on purpose…I’m not saying I believe him, just telling you guys what he said. We can discuss that with our GMs and try to find out what is the best action to take.
It was considered cheating and the involved managers were just punished today (fake manager identified and banned, other manager fined). Thanks for spotting this Joseppi!

You can now assign a formation to all your friendly invitations at once. Just use the select box right beside the accept all and reject all icons. This is pretty useful when you want to click the accept all button.

Here are my thoughts and comments:
1 – As Filipe pointed out the rules are not the same for all countries and even though we plan to make it closer to reality that’s not a high priority right now.
2 – We plan to have the play-offs generated from start, it would be much more fun to plan ahead.
3 – That’s the easiest one from your suggestions, I’ll try to implement that as soon as possible.
4 – Each group in the international cups is supposed to have 2 “strong” teams and 2 “weak” teams. Of course sometimes the difference between the strong and weak is not big. In the round right after the group stage the first placed teams play against the second placed teams, randomly. After that it’s always best vs worst, randomly. A play-off structure created right after the group stage (or even before!) would be very interesting.

Everything seems fine, even in your formations. One of your club players is also in the national squad and you have a strategy for him on both the club and national squad formations. Could that be the source of confusion?

Lam Huot’s skills show as blue to me. I’ve looked Erwan Giry in the database and I can see he’s not marked to have the skills decreased, he still has skill points to increase, given his age. If anybody ever sees that happening again send me an in-game message so I can look at it quicker.

Transfer restrictions in place for managers after joining a new team. As soon as you join a new team you won’t be able to buy players for more than the estimated value. The amount you can offer increases slowly every turn until you’re with the team for 72 turns or more. When that happens the restrictions are removed.

Dimitri, the answer to your question is yes, this is still the case:
“Teams get youth players based on their country ranking. So France gets better players than Russia.
Second and first division team have the same chance of good youth players, though in the first division it’s easier (and quicker) to develop players.
So there is no way to influence the level of your youth players, apart from raising your country ranking.”
That’s a good suggestion, though it’s not trivial to implement. As you said, the drag and drop feature works fine on PCs, notebooks, etc, so our plan is to have a simpler version of the formations screen specifically designed for smartphones. If we find a good way to use your suggestion we’ll definitely consider it! :-)

Sometimes contract proposals were being rejected and the player asked for a lower wage, which doesn’t make sense. This has now been fixed. Thanks Filipe Silva for being the first one to report this some time ago.
