I think 13 teams is too much, but you shouldn’t have the same number of european countries or we would have the unbalance again for South American countries as Brazil and Argentina dominates all other countries, if you had the same number of teams you would have all the teams in the final stages with no eforth and so a huge ranking without actually competition… In Europe the fight is more intense and between many countries.
Looking at the CL campaign after the new countries additions, it seems things became a little more balanced in comparison to Libertadores – CL got more easy matches. Isn’t it time to adjust things?
South America was already capped before, but now we went from 10 teams to 13 teams to calculate our ranking.
Considering that the calculation is based on the division of the sum of all teams points in each country, that makes things too unbalanced.
I believe that all 13 teams shouldn’t be used to calculate the ranking.
Last oportunities for those who want to build teams with real potential players… If you buy me players before the end of season you can buy again next season and secure 2 young promising players for your team in short time… Check my latest history and you’ll see only managers with some reputation of team rebuilding have bought me improving players, they know something I guess :D
Just checked to see how the sold players are going and noticed Aaron Hardyman, the 96 tackle 86 speed 29 y.o has improved to be a real competitive player in the strongest team in the game (my opinion), I guess my “guess” he could become one of the best defenders in the game can become true, just took someone to believe me :D
Dont waste your time with other offers, they haven’t players with more potential and they sure haven’t better prices. Make your bid:

Good point Filipe. I saw AZ not renewing a contract of a 25 yr 88 average player… I wonder if that’s a bug or really supposed to work that way.
In midticker, on my main screen:
75 AZ 3 × 4 Veendam Eredivisie
76 AZ 5 × 1 Angelholm Friendly
77 AZ 2 × 0 VfB Stuttgart Friendly
40 Bolton Wanderers x AZ Friendly
78 Excelsior x AZ Eredivisie
If I go to matches, 40 is between 39 and 41, but it does say ‘40 Bolton Wanderers x AZ Friendly’ (as if it should still be played).
Eerste Divisie was a piece of cake (it didn’t look like it would be at the beginning). I wish I could have won the cup against you, Dimitri. Eredivisie will be fun next season :-)
Thank you. Sure is reasonable. 10 seasons with the same team…:)
It has to do with that but mostly I think the changes of the CPU behaviour had much impact on the Dutch league. I saw many good players not fully improved in the free transfer list just because they had 23-24 y.o. the CPU teams dont want to improve this players even thou they had potential (most of them bought by you)… So I guess that lowered the average quality of the teams, they still have potential but it is based on younger players.
Dont think it will be hard for any of the human managers to win the league next season.
Youth for sale here at sunderland Afc please take a look and bid, ill negotiate

An easy championship for PSV it was. Last year 12th place with 53 points, now ending on 97 points… while last years champion AGOVV ended 14th this time. Strange, isn’t it?
Maybe it has to do with European football. The four teams that played Europa League ended 17th, 18th, 19th and 20th! While the number 2 of last year ended 11th this time. Their European performance wasn’t really well either unfortunately.
Now I’m kind of rebuilding, but I guess I have to try to do well in Europe next season.
Gabriel’s Emmen managed to win the Eerste Divisie, while Den Bosch with the 88 average first team was only 15th. I suspect an other manager would do better with the team.
Someone always has to pay the price, just because I’m not an example of a manager does not mean that I can give suggestions in the game, or am I wrong?
Ok
Thank’s for both answers.
It’s a good thing to have a right estimate value close to what is paid realy by the managers.
It is just surprising to see that all my players are in red , even the youth players :p
Cheers
Just solved your problem, as it was reasonable and a simple change :-)
We’ve taken the first step in reducing the board interference on loyal managers’ decisions. You are now able to fire any player, even the ones the board consider important, if you’ve been on the same team for at least 3 seasons. This number can be adjusted in the future, if it makes sense to do so.
Cheers.

Players estimated values are calculated based on real transfers between human managers. If you see the player values constantly decreasing it means the overall value paid in MediumTicker transfers has been decreasing lately. The idea is to make the estimated value close to what people would pay for similar players.
OMG, look at this:
Medium ticker
http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/match_report/1666574
São Paulo 1 × 4 Ituano
4-3-3 formation 4-3-3
61% possession 39%
27 shots 8
20 shots on target 8
93% accurrate passes 95%
62% effective tackles 42%
5 corners 1
7 offsides 5
7 fouls 8
The other team is CPU controlled.
I think this has something to do with the players potential and how they are progressing compared ALL players in the game. If your player dosnt keep improving while others in the game do his value will drop. I think this is right anyway :)
Its ok, but i dont agree. So i must have players playing until they retiring, just because the board want…Oh,,,no

I don’t think he’s improving, at least this season he has stopped, but he already a great one.
All the other players in the team continue available but they wont be there forever, if I get the feeling the team is capable I will keep them to improve, your chance for getting promising players is now. I won the CL with 3 teams made with players like this and the ones that stay will be fighting for another soon, I promise that :D
I think the idea of having a ranking for loyal and older managers is good but mostly for other decisions in the team, older and loyal managers should have more free to fire, list below or higher price margins etc… For the clubs manager choise is of low interest, we rarely see more than one person applying for the same team and there are lots of good teams without managers in the game…
Just as an observation, very funny to be you making this suggestion, who would say lol
I think managers who have long time in a club should have some privilege. Look at Europe today, we have managers with 20 years in a club, even though the jobs are always challenged, quite different from what occurs in Brazil. this should be taken into account when choosing a club yes.
The board doesnt allow them to leave because they are the best players in the team. No matter how much time you are managing the team, we all have to deal with that so its not just your board cursing you :P
Improvements on the managers reputation and its uses are planed but as all improvements in the game they require the free time of the developers, so I dont think we can be here demanding imediate changes… What you can do is try to find ways to resolve your problem, there is a simple way to do that and I’ve talked about it before in a topic just like this, the one you should read before posting…
Hello everybody,
I have an excel tab where I report all the informations on the players of my team and I noticed that since the begining of the season, the value of ALL players (even the youth players) has been constantly decreesing, whether the players are gaining skills or not …
Could this be a bug or is it on purpose by the administators to lower the players value ?
In fast ticker it seems to be normal as the players value is still growing.
I,m managing this team about more than 10 seasons!!!!!!!!
The board are rewning contracts with players, that i dont want (last season, and this one).
What is this????
Yes, in this game, for so many years managing the same team, this is a shit.
Sorry for the bad word.
Maybe the longer you are in the game the less chance you get on getting fired in a new club? :D
Currently reputation is only related to cheating or suspicious activities. I agree loyal managers and those playing for a long time should have some preference when applying for a new club. I like the idea of including such attributes in the manager information page.
Some young talents on the transferlist in Malaga. They’re all improving and certainly could have a great future in every team.
I sell them because I need new youths on other positions.
Take a look: http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/team_players/389
Be quick before a CPU team buys them!
All done. Seven accounts banned, Heleno fired and reputation reduced. I haven’t had much time lately to read the forums and do the housekeeping here so I really appreciate all the help :-)
Cheers
Gabriel needs to confirm the conclusions we got, that requires time and he probably hasn’t got the time to do that… He has been around few times lately and for very short time so just be patient, the cheaters will be punished sooner or later…
