We will look into it, the behaviour you describe is typical ghost accounts, we need to carefully check their history but whatever the result you did well reporting this, I don’t remember any GM had noticing this before…

I,m following some managers that surpeended me, because i wanted to buy one player, some time ago, and looking at his story, finded a very strange think between them, and i waited about 3 weeks, or more, before i,m be sure about what i,m posting here.
The managers Murilo Heitor, Arthur Quaresma, Andre Knupp and Ge Junior, at least, they starting managing a Team “on vacation”. Sometimes they go there make some transfers, and when logout, continuous “on vacation”. ALL the times. How can one guy manage a team “on vacation”, jus buying or selling players. And they change a lot of teams.
Yes, because, they sometimes are 10 or more days “on vacation”. When log in, it,s just to buy or selling players. I put this here, because many transfers smell like “cheating”.

He is pretty much done. I think there are very rare occasions when a player will start gaining again 1-3 seasons after he has stopped growing, but that’s, indeed, a rarity.
I have this player right now who grew 1 miserable point all last season. Now he is gained already 13 pts.
Basically, the normal standard is that when a player doesn’t gain pts in a season, then he is done!

If a player stays for a whole season without growing any of his stats (considering that he was a first team player), does it mean that he achieved his full potential? Or is it possible for a player to not grow in a season and grow again one or two seasons later?

I am the manager of Gueugnon, and I am here to say that there is nothing “Fishy” going on.
Regarding the 11-0 result:
At that point of the season (with 6 league matches left) I was already meant to relegate, and if you can see my progress with youth development I am a believer that my team can generate my own players, so I try to develop youths all the time. With no way to go but to Ligue 2 the following season, I decided to use my “alternate” lineup that was made up of players from 17 to 20 years, the purpose was to develop them and since I had no aspiration to stay in Ligue 1, it was a great opportunity to give my players some well needed experience and skill points.
If you look at my team now, most of my experienced players are for sale and for loan, the reason is that I want to develop my youth and the only way to do this is to give them playing time, if I do not plan on using my already developed players, then I can either loan them or sell them and get some $ from them.
I see a pattern here..:)

I feel your pain Dimitri. Can only hope that the next update will inject the life back into the game by sorting out the transfer market. i’ve put a freeze on doing anything in the game until the change is done. Hold on in there and then see how it is.
i see it all the time actually… sometimes stats are equal across the board and then for some reason, the players speed hits 100 while everything else is in the low-mid 80s…

It’s really frustrating, I have two youth players asking for a contract and I would like to sign them both, but I only can if I fire a player (or manage to sell one after all) :(
I have a player who at age 26 (beginning of season) had these stats:
73 85 77 80 83 88 85
One season and 50 ticks later he has these stats:
78 99 77 81 83 97 85
So he gained 14 points on passing, 9 points on control, 5 points in tackling, 1 point in speed and no points in dribble and heading.
I am happy with his development, but I wonder, is it common (or not uncommon) for players to develop a lot in a few stats, and not in others?
For stats lovers I also have those at age 25:

It is a strange competition. Last year PSV only ended at the twelfth place, now my team made 34 points in the first 12 games… I have no explanation for that apart from luck/coincidence.
And the four Dutch teams that will compete in the Europa League are at places 14, 15, 17 and 20.
I wonder if there is a secret ‘in form’ factor.
Several players improved after the coaching get to 0, I guess it still let players improve and they were almost near the point of improvement… You can loan him and see for yourself :D He may reach 100 tackle yet as only at 31 they cant improve…

Someone who’s willing to invest in the future. I am willing to negociate, but he’s playing alot for me now so it’s only a matter of time before he hits 100 passing. Then the price will not be lower :).

Well, we can think about it, but the way it is now I’m not sure how easy it is to separate the newspaper development from the rest. At least the article templates is a separate thing, as soon as we have new types of articles we’ll definitely need everybody’s help. But again, let’s focus on fixing what’s already there first :-P

If that old goalie was the only goalie in your team, then the board won’t let you sell, unless you have at least one replacement ready. This has always been the case for goalies, since it’s an important position and you can’t play without one.
hmm, i haven’t been using it but , it has a lot of potential… and it doesn’t look good when u see it.
we could post news such as
– player hired/fired,
– managers joining and leaving a team
– players listed on loan and on sale ( current turn)
plus a lot of other features such as list of players on red or yellow cards for next league (cup) mathces
and we could start with fixing those broken links ;)
