I’ve just tested on a different computer and it is working. Maybe it’s the java version? In the one where it works I’m using version 1.6.0_29 (you can see that by clicking in the java icon in your system tray once the match replay page is loaded). If you can’t make it work please let us know the operating system/browser/java version you’re using so we can help you resolving this.

I agree with Steve and Dimitri… the transfer give more fun and reality to the game…. and yes some good veterans will improve some weak teams….
Have you noticed the new link called “Form” in the league table screen? That’s the link to the new form table! There you can compare the recent league performance (last 6 matches) of all the teams in the league. Enjoy!

In fact you have to wait 144 turns (1 season) before going back to a team you’ve managed.

I’m assuming you are talking about Sivasspor so you cant go back there because it was your previous team. Another limitation the developers had to make to control cheaters…
If you singup for another team and 36 turns later try again you should get the job…

I would like to know in how many turns i have to what until i can re-take control of a team that I’ve already controlled (managed)? (You can’t go back to a team you’ve recently managed)
Because i thought that i was 36 turns, but it isn’t.

As usual I’d like to have this topic for information about my new team Newcastle United. As I did with Manchester and Guimarães I’ll be posting news, offers, and of course advertising my players :D
Also as I did in Manchester the first years I want to have a good flow of players coming in and out the team, as I’ve been saying I consider myself (and others consider me too :p) a good promising players searcher and every player I add to the team goes by a careful research on their history so I can have an idea of their potential. That to say the players you can bought from me are players I could have in my team improving and being in the fight for any competition. You can check my history in Manchester and see the players I sold by this time when I was there, I think no one regrets making a deal with me and many of those players turned out to be even better than the ones I had in Manchester, and I think I did a nice job with the team still…
Also as I did with the Manchester’s topic I’ll keep a record of the players I sold so I can keep track with them and you can see how they improve, a good deal is when both parts are happy with the result so I really like when my players become the best in their new teams and in the game.

Be free to mail me if you doubt any player I have in the team (all of them are available for sale at the same price level the others). I can explain why every player is on the team (why they have potential) so you can be more certain in dealing.

or the player will play better (train harder = more prone to injury during practice or game) and then demand more wages.. ;)

would be interesting to implement moral players, so when someone like to hire some of the squad but for a higher salary, your player would lose morale and consequently would play worse. It would be a way to control transfers and to make managers think more before hiring a player, it would influence the rest of the cast.

Loyalty to club should be awarded, winning and reaching goals should give you points you can “spend” on stupid things like buying overpriced players or giving silly salary to some players.
Mind that it would only allow you to do certain stuff, not taking you of the hook when it comes to responsibility.
The team can still react negatively when you give a similar player to one a much higher salary etc.
My suggesting when I was working on my game projects back in 2000 was that when joining a new club you would have pretty limited things you could do, one of those was not to trade more than maybe 2 players first season, then trade some more after reaching some more goals. Of course that depends on the level of the club, a higher rep/richer club could let you that number be bigger, but in order to get one of those clubs, you needed to work on your rep and skill, ie win games.
Just some thought with the new feature.

I think 13 teams is too much, but you shouldn’t have the same number of european countries or we would have the unbalance again for South American countries as Brazil and Argentina dominates all other countries, if you had the same number of teams you would have all the teams in the final stages with no eforth and so a huge ranking without actually competition… In Europe the fight is more intense and between many countries.
Looking at the CL campaign after the new countries additions, it seems things became a little more balanced in comparison to Libertadores – CL got more easy matches. Isn’t it time to adjust things?
South America was already capped before, but now we went from 10 teams to 13 teams to calculate our ranking.
Considering that the calculation is based on the division of the sum of all teams points in each country, that makes things too unbalanced.
I believe that all 13 teams shouldn’t be used to calculate the ranking.
Last oportunities for those who want to build teams with real potential players… If you buy me players before the end of season you can buy again next season and secure 2 young promising players for your team in short time… Check my latest history and you’ll see only managers with some reputation of team rebuilding have bought me improving players, they know something I guess :D
Just checked to see how the sold players are going and noticed Aaron Hardyman, the 96 tackle 86 speed 29 y.o has improved to be a real competitive player in the strongest team in the game (my opinion), I guess my “guess” he could become one of the best defenders in the game can become true, just took someone to believe me :D

Good point Filipe. I saw AZ not renewing a contract of a 25 yr 88 average player… I wonder if that’s a bug or really supposed to work that way.

If I go to matches, 40 is between 39 and 41, but it does say ‘40 Bolton Wanderers x AZ Friendly’ (as if it should still be played).
Eerste Divisie was a piece of cake (it didn’t look like it would be at the beginning). I wish I could have won the cup against you, Dimitri. Eredivisie will be fun next season :-)
