Just to make it clear the heading skill is not more likely to get reach higher values than the other secondaries (speed, dribble and control), but the other main skills are less likely to reach higher values than the primary skill (mids tend to have lower tackling and shooting skills, defenders have lowers passing and shooting and attackers lower tackling and passing).
I thank you for having stopped your winning streak as well, let’s see how long I can hold the top spot ;-)

Players with a second main skill (tackle, passing and shooting) are rare, and I think they should continue to be so I dont agree with changing that. About the heading I think there are no rules for how players improve, its just random, only when they start carear there’s some balance so it could be done something there… Anyway the best option I think is still giving heading more improtance (not too much), maybe improving the corner kicks so teams with high heading can score more goals from corners, or teams playing with wing passing having more goals from crosses…
Naturally would be manager of the month competition, no? ;)
That list (FORM of the team) would sort you the manager of the month candidates.
It could give you just an e-mail and/or some extra points for your manager score.
Or add extra points to another variable to be utilized when applying for jobs on other clubs/countries.

It would be very easy to get examples from a lot of teams, but of course there are players where the header isn`t one of the highest. Look at your own team and tell me how many midfielders have more shooting or tackle, or attackers with more tackle or passing, etc… than header.
My point is that it would be nicer to see more mids with high shooting, or atackers with high tackle, and so on, than players with high header, which are much more common.
If I recall correctly, it was intended to make this skill more useful in the future, thus the 80 limit was removed. However that still seems far from happening and players with 90+ avg became much more rare.
So a lot of times, when it looks like you are gonna get a really good player… he grows a huge load in header and screws that up.
I think that with the new system of less players with high average in the game, this skill shouldn`t be getting more points than the other primarys.
That is a very small sample.
Not more than the primary, but maybe close to even. The last 3 players I got from my youth academy with 90 average, and they are hard to come by, all got almost 100 header.
I have 2 other players with about 88 average that got 100 header. That kind of thing really screws the chance of a player with low avg. be decent.

Why is this skill so hyped in the point distribution?
I mean it is 20 times easier to get a midfielder with 100 header than 100 shooting or tackle.
The fact that players with more than 88 average are now harder to come by makes it even worse.
Personally, I think it is the least usefull skill in the game. Coudn’t that be adjusted?

A group of players were loaned to Mjällby in Sweden, the new home of Berhan Karagoez, I hope they can bring him many achievements in the time they will be there, as I said they can be loaned for at least 3 seasons if the loaner wants, just too keep record this ones were loaned turn 79 of season 62.
Two more excellent mids to go, I may be listing other players as they improve, only the best of them get loaned so no point in listing the less improved.

Several players were listed for loan, I’m willing to have them out for loan at least for 3 seasons so even if they become the best players in the world you can still count with them for that period… All them are improving good as are my main team players, take a look, I may lower the coach level requirement, just mail me if youre interested.
All the players now listed for transfer are not improving so they are listed for the lowest price the board allows, they still can be a good option for smaller teams or teams in new countries, my suggestion is Mads Heese, a nice player to use as M+1…

As far as I know, the better your team performs, the more income you get. I do wonder though if getting titles (league, cup) gives you extra income.

Sou treinador do olhanense a algumas épocas tem sido um trajeto dificil e de grande exigencia no sentido de criar uma boa equipa e de futuro, muitas horas de prospeção enfim certamente muitos do que leem têm o mesmo sentimento.Agora o que interessa, é que no meu caso ja tenho pouco dinheiro e nao faço compras a mais de uma season corro o risco de ficar sem equipa e injustamente, ja que poderiam criar uma forma de ganharmos mais dinheiro nem que fosse na liga europa e campeoes por vitoria vale x por passagem vale y assim era mais justo, como tambem pela classificacao no campeonato para os que ficam qualificados para as competicoes internacionais, e tambem haver as equipas do computador a comprar, pois se nao existe tranferencias regularmente nao existe dinheiro a circular e nao existe mercado, porque todos sabemos que com o modelo actual sao sempre os sames.abraço
