When you say stay on position it means he will behave according to its assigned position, it doesn’t mean he won’t move. The wording could be better, we know that, something like “play position”. The move back instruction means the player will behave as if he was placed in the position right behind the one he belongs. For example, a central midfielder on mentality 0 with a move back tactic will behave as if he has been placed on mentality -1, it doesn’t mean he will immediately move back.

There was a way until some time ago, but then we removed this option since it could be used to transfer money between teams (by paying the cancellation fee). We may add that back in the future along with some sort of control, but for now you’ll have to wait until the end of the loan contract.

I mostly agree with the ppl that comment here about the system. I just joined after getting refered that the “old managersim” is back.
I love to build up a new team from the ground and not go the easy way to join a big team with 10 superstars. A total or part reset would benefit me ofcouse since i just started, but i don’t think it good for the managers who have been here for a while doing a great job.
any update on this suggestion? i kinda missed that to when i got here, i’m also used to managersim :P
I have been noticing some weird behaviour on player tactics in the replays. When i put a defender on stay position on having the ball he moves forward of left/right. When i say to a midfielder move back when not having the ball he stay on the midfield. I feel like those input for tactics has absolute no use or do i see that wrong?

i haven’t found an option to cancel a loan, so i contact the regarding club for it. Unfortunally he didn’t find an option for it to.
Is there a way to cancel or recall a player that is loaned, maybe against a fee of wages?

We can do this kind of stamina reset, but I’d rather make the players unhappy for being low on stamina so managers wouldn’t let them reach low values.
And does that continue to happen now?
I think when a season starts, all players should have the stamina reset… they were in vacations, so… lol Or at least, put everyone with values around 90 or so, with probabilities for more or less, to imitate the vacations factors (like being fat, lazy and things like that).
We can add that in the future, I remember that being asked a couple times. First we have some adjustments for the economy, specially regarding player wages.

yah… i thought we would receive some amount “prize” for the league position from the Premier League ( or some sort of TV Revenue for that season), but i received nothing at the beginning of new season…

If you play an attacker in the defense he will lose 3 points in all skills during the match. You can find more the details here

I agree with you jasf. We have an enhancement planned to give a board bonus when your performance is better than expected and a penalty if it’s worse. Also squad and financial improvements will be considered on season end.

This may not be the right location to post this but…
My query is, Suppose an attacker has a Tackle skill of 78 and shooting skill of 73. Being an attacker his primary skill is shooting. Suppose he is a right side player. Now, what happens if i play him in the right defense, since his tackling skill is better than his shooting skill.
I found in the announcement section that if a right side player i played on the right or centre then, he is subject to lose his skills, but i didn’t find anything about this issue.
I hope to seek advice in this way is not cheating…
I think the way the board see the performance of the manager is a little unrealistic… For example, i stayed in fourth place in my league, and had been in second for long time… my league expectations was not to be relegated… I now have 48%. And in the year before i’ve stayed in the first league too, and the performance was 35%…
I think that, in the way that is done, if you go to the second league and in the next year, come up you gain more with that, than with trying to stay in the first league. And not only in the board thing… financially too.
This should be simple, I’ll take care of that :)
Hi, a simple suggestion here… It would be possible if the team players statistics show only official games? the friendlys could be seen at the individual player statistics.
I like to consult the team statistics but the way they are now I can’t use the information :)

Nope, that is not the problem for sure… What can happen is that it may be difficult to know which is one is the one you are looking for if they have similar or the same names. But we will analyze those cases, lets see what is happening…

This plan sounds better… ;) I agree that, a gradually re-balance is different. It’s a good option to apply new changes and to maintain all the hard work we did in our teams. Regards!Javier.
