It takes a lot of courage to expose your team in a League, cup game in the belief of developing a young player. Hence the reward should be the VS risk of losing an important game that affects, future results,board etc

Could we please consider spacing between Sho and Spe and then secondary stats Agg and Stamina.
Being of the old genre and eyes on the way out i find scanning stats can be daunting at times. The screen seems to have space.
I also like the national flag against the player. Relevance, well at this stage not too much apart from keeping tabs of were all the stars come from and adding a bit of colour to the screen.

There goes any chance of sneaking a potential player under your nose. How are we going to develop our pensioner squad while we get snitched on by the paper. C’mon dont take all the fun out of finding the occassional golden nugget. Thats what i love about these games its the chance of developing a great player in a week team, plus with the economy already blown, struggling clubs and newbies have a chance to develop over a couple of seasons.

This is a great idea, I think that this new Championship could be played by the 8 best team from each league, total 64 teams, 2 games in each round (if you take the final you have to play 10 matches). And this World Cup could be played between National Cup and international competitions, and could be played simultaneously . As Damago says, this is very hard for the teams, and you will need a full squad.

I noticed something i find very annoying. I have just put in "sub player @ 55 min when we are ahead by 2.
Now I noticed something strange that I think should be changed. I was up by 3 @ 55th min so there was no sub. Now I would like to suggest you put something in there like “if we are atleast up by 2”. Which would meen that when I’m up with 3 or more the sub still happens.

Yes, friendlies help develop. Brazil is currently the best country, but the difference should not be that big. I guess what makes Brazil strong is the high number of human managed teams, the competition is very interesting.

I played Slowone(spanish League) and Eurotest(Man Utd) enjoyed playing and learning a lot from the types of Enzo and Pat Cimitier, to name a few. Lots of nice and helpful people, thats part of the reason why i played so long. Success is nice but enjoyment and friendship is what makes for a great game.

Just confirm friendlys will help players develop. Ive just come on board and have not seen one of my young players develop at all. Ive had a look at fast tick Flamengo team and see young players on steriods. I did remember reading omething about Brazil being a breeding ground.
It was 30, but after the latest changes on the match engine (a while back) it became 35. Luc, is that all you wanna know? Not sure if I understood everything you wanted us to confirm :D

Wouldn’t it be more fair now with the new youth system to lower this time needed. I personally think 35 min is a very long time……besides….I thought it was 30 min?
Please confirm that you are saying its irrelevant on friendly or league match in the early days with juniors and that they should increase skills then tapper off unless more matches are played and/or they are targetted for star status. Minimum time required is 35minutes.

I think i can be done in so many ways, as an example….
2 Best team from each league will play the world cup(that can give a plus to sign for a team in a weak league). The World cup can be play in one country in each season, that will be like a neutral ground and maybe a third team from the country sponsor of that world cup could play.
It can be play in the same ticks as friendlies, so best team player will suffer from that, injuries, stamina….which will level fight for country leagues, cups, and international competition.
The transfer market will benefit as well, teams will need to plan formation for each competition and without a full squad probably they will drope from some like maybe country cups competions, leaving the door open for other teams to have a better change winning those competions, and so a faster way to be able to improve.
I´m sure better ideas than this can be discuss. I sense that if done, it would be really fun.

Things are getting interesting. I’m not so sure about gathering teams from CL and Libertadores with teams from UC and Sudamericana. But looks like the only way to have enough teams in the competition. I also like the idea of all matches on neutral ground, makes it easier to fit the competition in our schedule, but I prefer to have it ending on turn 143 instead of in the following season. Any more suggestions? :)
@Dirceu: we don’t have Toyota Cup, it’s just that we only have teams from Europe and South America so far ;)

I like Damago’s idea but I am also not sure about replacing the current european/south american competitions. I suggest a competition with 4 groups of 4 teams (like Filipe said the semi-finalists of all international competitions). The top 2 of each group can play the quarter final. And why don’t we play all matches on neutral ground. Then we need only 3 turns group matches, 1 turn quarter-final, 1 turn semi-final and 1 turn final.
It can be played at the end of the current season and the beginning of the following one. Let’s say turn 142 till 13. So there is enough time to schedule cup and current international competitions (even for possible later groupstages).
