I think the way the board see the performance of the manager is a little unrealistic… For example, i stayed in fourth place in my league, and had been in second for long time… my league expectations was not to be relegated… I now have 48%. And in the year before i’ve stayed in the first league too, and the performance was 35%…
I think that, in the way that is done, if you go to the second league and in the next year, come up you gain more with that, than with trying to stay in the first league. And not only in the board thing… financially too.
I agree with you jasf. We have an enhancement planned to give a board bonus when your performance is better than expected and a penalty if it’s worse. Also squad and financial improvements will be considered on season end.

yah… i thought we would receive some amount “prize” for the league position from the Premier League ( or some sort of TV Revenue for that season), but i received nothing at the beginning of new season…
