putting offers in would be great. cash+player needed to be supervised by GMs IMO.
there’s a magnifier icon in your ruby soccer menu: 5. from the right, lower row. that’s the search function …
Good luck and happy hollydays !
ps no new countries next FT season =)
yeah player + cash is something I would love to see. We had it with managersim for a short while but in the end it was to much of a hassle, since every “deal” had to be approved by the GM. This kinda complicated things…
search how? with what criteria? how does this work? And why do I see so many big teams without it?…not even the creator of the game has a scrouting department :)…..so it must be useless :)
America-RN offers you some good young players for 0% wage loan !
p.s. you should have coaching dep. level 5 only
I would like to be able to make bids on players out of transfer list. And also offer “player + cash” deals.
The higher your scouting level is, the faster you can search again for new players.
oh sorry about that, I ment scouting :(…….my bad….
Sly,
the more coaching you have, the faster your players improve by playing matches.
Take a look here
Stephen, not right now. But maybe in future we can come up with a way that would avoid the problem Vaughn has mentioned.
Could someone tell me if this has any use at all? Is it just for lazy people who don’t want to search players them self :)
How does the level of coaching work? For example, what’s the difference between 1 and 10. Does he only find crappy players when he’s level 1, or does it just take longer to find a match?
How does it work?

i think bidding on players while not tranferlisted would be a pain in the ass…computer teams ok, but wonder how it would be if u need to reject ever tick 5 offers, that would get annoying :)
Guys,
can we not make offers to computer ran teams for players they have that are not transfer listed?
best wishes
Stephen
I’ll be out for the next two weeks but there’s nothing to worry, Danilo will be around.
You guys behave! ;)
Now that’s strange…I think it’s better to wait for Danilo’s reply as he is the one who designed and implemented the whole substitution and formation strategies logic :)
Right, thanks Gabriel!
got an other one….i have 3 subs @ 55min no matter what score etc..its set to after min any and score any
In any match, after minute 55, replace the player on zone D, side RC and mentality 1 by Adulio Garcia De Olmo on zone D, side RC and mentality 1
In any match, after minute 55, replace the player on zone A, side C and mentality 1 by Ricardo Bruno Saraiva on zone A, side C and mentality 1
In any match, after minute 55, replace the player on zone A, side C and mentality 0 by Jorge Leite on zone A, side C and mentality 0
In my last match, http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/match_report/302388 , only 1 sub was made.
u just did it here:)
You got it right Alban, the purpose is just to spread the players a bit and make their movement more realistic ;)
12 turns…I need to write it somewhere :P
Yes, he does, -1 on all skills. When he goes back to A RC 0, no penalties.
How many turns would a youth player wait after asking for a contract??
any idea??
Ok, I see. But what is the purpose of this movement ? Or just to spread the players a bit ? It is more real, I think, maybe now they will find “weaker places” in the opponents defense ?
Just so i’m 100% sure on this; If i have an AR. I play him A – RC – 0. No penalties on his stats right? So what if i then alter his individual tactics to move left when team has the ball, he then becomes A – C – 0. Does he then become penalised? Thanks for any help

I forgot I still had this on the server:

Oh, the memories.
Just to inform that I found the wrong message and fixed it.
that speed of 89 must have helped then…;)
There is no penalty on those situations. The best player is selected considering only the position (side is ignored) and a formula based on all skills, not only the main skills. So a player with a worse passing skill can still be considered a better midfielder if he has better secondaries.
