… but there also should be some new income sources:
- tv broadcast I: cash for all teams of a league, depending on the nations ranking and the league table position (champion gets most, relegated teams the least)
- tv broadcast II: for reaching round of 16, quarter, semis and the final should be a bonus paid to the participating teams (for national cups and international aswell, increasing by rounds)
- contract clauses: “re-selling”-percent, when a player you sold gets transfered again you get e.g. 1% of the new trasfer fee; this could be selling contract option
…
… currently money an come from sponsors, merchandising, tickets and sales. the first three sources should be depending on your teams performance. selling player is the most direct way to generate cash.
but all sources have in common, that you need a capable players (for your strategy). And the acquisation & development of players is essential. The first years you might need to sell some of your best newbies for building up a stock.
I think some manager just lack some patience and persistency.
Thanks Javier.
The previous season Napoli was a great opponent. Alexander’s team will become a tough client in the next seasons. I hope Italy will become stronger in the following seasons.
Now I have to reach back the final in Europe. The last seasons in CL were unsatisfactory.

Dirk
I think the problem is that many poor teams don’t have an idea to make some money.
probably there are some rich and less very rich clubs, so what? Like in real life football.
We have to get specific in an economic discussion here, what the goal shall be …
… e.g. wealth for all
… proportional bonus payments for all league teams (participation)
… award winning bonus payments
… tbc
i mean it’s always easy to say the rich ones getting richer, the small teams don’t stand a chance to develope, etc. That’s too narrow minded imov. With some effort everyone has a chance to get big here.
But i agree that the economic system still needs some adjustment.
I think exists a great diference betwen the rich and poor teams. But the cash awards would not solve this problem because the richs would recive more and the gap would grow… only if the awards distribued taken in consideration the expectation of the board for the competition…
Sounds good, but ive never had much money, im on about 2.5mill now and with barcelona I think the max I had was 10mill, which didnt last.

I have a bunch of talented players who can help a lower division team to promote.
Check Espanyol youth players and grab the ones you prefer. If you want someone who’s not on the list, drop me a line and we’ll talk! Please do not bid if you won’t give my lads a first team chance.
Hello,
Congratulations, Dirk!!
You’ve got 12 italian leagues and 10 italian cups in a row!!
Best regards!
Javier (Atletico de Madrid)
You can add a new loan condition as there are now for duration and wage. Let the player’s manager adjust the number of official matches the loaned player has to play. When he plays less there will be no fee if there is a recall.
There are 38 league matches in most competitions and some cup matches possible. So let’s say that the maximum number of matches is 30. A player can be injured or suspended.
I also think that the process of choosing the loaning team can’t be fully automatic like Philipp already said.
Right, we need more strict rules for loans. There is already an enhancement planned for eliminating the fee if loan conditions are not met or the managers agree on the termination.
Loaning will become valuable, that’s good. But as a manager you wanna loan players to adaquate teams and reliable magagers. Therefore the last decision about the team to be loaned to should stay in the hand of the players manager. So this process shouldn’t be totally automatic.
Later, if a recall is reasonable (loaned player doesnt play), there should not be a penalty fee paid. In other cases the fee should be kept.

Looking at the database I found out the average amount of money on non-cpu teams from FastTicker is around 18 mill. The total amount of money available in FastTicker is 4.8 billions. A few months ago it was around 2.5, so we can see this is growing. Player wages are too low in my opinion, there are some changes planned for that including contract clauses and considering player importance in the squad when renewing contracts.
Regarding sponsorship, it’s based on the team’s performance while merchandise is based on players quality.
Cheers!
I didn’t see that coming. There was a problem on cpu against cpu friendlies so I removed them all. I’ll try to figure out what’s going with those matches before I add them back. Sorry guys.
Cheers!
Fixed, explanation in another topic.
I’m waiting for it for something like 3 hours now.
It must have crashed – been like this for at least an hour so far. The end-season tick is already completed.
I thought it’s because seasonal update but it took quite a while, i’m also getting suspicious.
What’s up with fastticker? It’s been updating for quite some time isn’t it?
Did it crash or something?
Ex soccersim and managersim. PLayed it for a total of 4 years. Played all those years in eurotest with Middlesbrough. In the end I was ranked #1 in the game before they pulled the plug. Right above Rui Antunes who was #2 with his Mallorca. I was runner up twice in CL in the last 2 seasons of the game.
In the end my team had an avarage age of 23 and I earned about 100 mill a year with just tickets and merchandising. I had a wage bill of only 350k, wich was extremely low for a team like mine.
I think I also had the record for most expensive sale. I sold a 100/100 dm for 250 mill to Genoa.
Well, I think thats enought bragging for now :)…still need to prove myself with Brest in Fastticker :)
I’m just curious about something. I read plenty about “people being worried that there is to much money in the game”. What is to much?
What I would like to know is how rich are the avarage teams? How is your income? I for example with Brest Generate about 400k in sponsers and stuff and I get between 400-500k from tickets. That’s about it.
How is this with the teams like Valladolid or Hertha :). I assume it’s alot more? Do you mind sharing or is it a big secret :). Also…how much money do teams like that have in the bank? For example, when I played managersim the most I ever had was 600 mill in the bank. Record transfers back then were about 150-250 mill.
Now I see players being listed for 80-100 mill, but are there even teams rich enough to afford that?
Also, to the makers, if I get more and more succes I assume I will earn more money? Is sponsers effected by succes or simply by star players? The more value my players have the more money I get from sponsers and merchandise?
Ok…hope I can get some answers here :)
Regards,
Sylvain
FT still ticking…almost 1u and a half…
Who is holding that ‘too much money’? No irony or anything, i really wonder if anyone out there who really hold good amounts of cash.
Added titles per country on international competitions titles pages. Suggested by Philipp Leibeck.
Feito. Mais cuidado da próxima vez Marco. Vamos colocar um aviso futuramente pra qdo o salario oferecido for claramente incompativel com o jogador.
Abraço.
We have an enhancement for prizes LeeHamo, but we are a little bit worried with too much money in the game. Anyway, you can expect some enhancements to the economy in a near future.
Cheers!
