Why does transfers doesn’t go through even though “the clock” is run out? I know there is a three tick delay before a transfer can go through, but even though no turns is left, nothing happens. There is no message that the player demands a higer wage or nothing. What is going on?
If you click on “create new formation” you have to give it a name and press ‘enter’. Then your new formation screen will be visible and you can put your players in the field.
I hope this helps.
An other possibility is to put your second formation in the field and click on " save as…", name it and press again ‘enter’.

I’m trying to create a second setup for my team, other than the default. But the commands are just complicated. I click on “Create new formation” then for some reason I just can’t save it.
I can’t create a second setup other than the one called default.
Idk if the administrators will be able to figure out what I’m talking abt, but it just doesn’t seem to work and look like a bug to me.

Eu estou tentando criar uma segunda formacao para o meu time. Em poucas palavras eu nao consigo criar uma formacao diferente da “default” ja existente. O que eu estou tentando fazer eh montar uma forcao 4-4-2, uma 3-5-2, e talvez uma terceira… Mas nao consigo salvar em outro lugar diferente do que “default”.

I always get a 500 internal server error when try to make a scout search or look at the last search.
Friendlies statistics are not displayed in detail anymore in the player statistics page. Mixing it up with official matches statistics were making it harder to evaluate the player’s overall performance. The only information left about it is the total number of friendlies the player has played, displayed above the official matches statistics table.
Click on the green icon which looks like your field (at least it’s supposed to). There you’ll find info about your stadium and departments. When your financial situation is comfortable enough you’ll see a green arrow and upgrade costs near the department information. If you don’t see this green arrow near a department it means the board won’t allow you to do upgrades right now.

Welcome Siqueira86! There are no training configurations, for now players get experience and improve only by playing matches. What you coaching department does is influence the number of matches needed for a player to improve. The higher the coaching level less matches need to be played. That’s the big picture.
Regarding youg players all teams have 6 of them. They’re displayed in a separate table in the team players page. At some point between 16 and 18 years old they’ll ask for a contract and you’ll have the option to hire or release them.
Now negotiations. Selling and loaning your players is pretty simple, click on your player’s name to check his info. You’ll see an option to transfer list him and another option to loan list him. To find players for your team you can either check country by country (globe icon, choose country, then click on transfer/loans link) or use your scouts if you have a scouting department. To use your scouts click in the magnifier icon. You’ll see the scouting options in the right side of the screen.

You have some good points Bruno, some of them are already planned (evaluating the chance of playing in the first team, make other players ask for more if teammates receive high wages) and will definitely improve the transfer system. There is much more to add with contract clauses like bonus per goal, bonus per match, big club clause, free on relegation and so on.

I´ve been in this game not for very long but it seems quite hard to new manager compete in anyway with big clubs when comming to sign players, i think that small changes could really improve it.
i would say something like what has already been mentioned in this topic by Alban, plus wage limitations, it should not be possible to offer extremely high wages when buying a new player or geting him from the FT market, if you limit the ammount of salary one can offer more teams can compete at same level for a player specially if we´re talking about youngsters, if this doesn´t seem nice i hope that plyers from your team we´ll expect to be paid according to other players from squad, i saw teams with their best player making like 10-20k per 3 turns while new players got from the market were payed over 100k , totally unreallistic…As a solution this sort of wage should be forbidden by the club (just to be outrageous) or other team players should ask for same ammount or more if there are better players in the squad, making it impossible to offer this sort of wages on the long run
But if wages are limited why should a player choose a lower ranked team, well than more factors would have to be implemented for making a player choose which proposal he´ll accept ( i don´t know how it acctually works for now), but i think youngster should seek how their stats are ranked amisdt the new team players to evaluate their potential of first team games, also some might consider playing in their home country a plus, and of course some sort of random factor should be there as well to simplify placing many factors like a team proprably beeing their favorite team , favorite personal in one of those teams, family issues or anythinq that acctually matter to a player regarding their choice of where to play, it would be fun to see unexpected choices every now and then ( say from 5-10% of the times).
I trully think this sort of changes would make the game more fair, and also bring more hope for new managers or lower teams.
enghancing albans features also seen as key part of the fun in building a nice rooster, as you´d have more options for hiring players ( bbc clauses and of the market players bidding) and the management of the personal side ( ambitious players wouldn´t accept many bad results , low league position at the end of the season or even many times on the bench)

i agree with Alban. i play with 5 midfielders with shootong skills from 80 to 87. They scored 10 goals out of 200. so just around 5%.
Of course it always should depends on the shooting skills of the MA’s. So in my case, i woud expect a lot more, like 40 goals (20%)
It is now possible to block offers from your rivals when selling or loaning players out. A new clause can be added to the transfer or loan forbiding teams in the same league as you to make proposals. Everything is now ready for more clauses to be added in the future.
Alban, we can’t commit to dates. It won’t take long, relax :)

playing in uefa/CL will improve your economy also since u play more matches then which will get more ticket income. I made it pretty far with my “noob” team in the uefa and it was really shown in my total income :)
keep the wages low, try to get alot of young players who might improve in stats and work your way up the cheap way. Buying players of 10mil+ isn’t always the best solution.
For example look at http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/player_info/57478 I bought him pretty cheap and he became one of the best players in my team.
maybe add some awards like in real life? Best player, best youth player, best keeper etc? with some kind of reward/trophy?

In English: he’s suggesting that we add a top scorers gallery with the players with most goals from all over the world.
Poderia colocar uma galeria com os maiores goleadores, assim como tem para os técnicos e times, com pontuação, mas dai com numero total de gols. E poderia dividir gols em amistosos ou partidas dos campeonatos, ou só dos campeonatos.

I think it would be more real if our midfielders scored more goals. Or at least any =)
What is the current % of goals scored by midfielders ? I doubt it is more than 5%. I would suggest to raise it to 15-20%. It would be more real and exciting.
What do you think ? Am I the only one crazy manager willing my MA’s to score from distance ? =)

i am really amused, coz i feel we had some information about players current season over there…
it may be because of new season has just started and these players don’t have any current stats for this season.
But then, we still have enough space on the lower-right portion of the same screen.
makes sense :) ;) but we are managers lol , we always try to make things easy, unlike developers :P :P
