its not like that. we are willing to help you guys, but we just ask everybody to be careful or we will be spending more time on fixing mistakes than developing new stuff, and the latter is much more interesting for everybody. in future we may develop a simple interface for “moderators” and have people helping us on that.
also, we will soon have “the board” and stuff like this wont happen anymore.

Nope, not a bug. Interruptions on the match (fouls, for example) are stamina bonus generators. The bonus is very small, but it exists. That is what happened in this case.
Stramazi, thanks very much for the concern and we encourage everyone to keep an eye on the game behaviors – that would help us a lot on the bug fixing. But, on the other hand, relax. There will be no cheating in this game that will not relate to an undiscovered bug.
Also, guys, please remember that we are doing our best. Unfortunately sometimes we have severe time constraints, since this game for now is not even paying our monthly server costs – and that means we still need to work :) . But that does not mean we will not address the reported problems (or enhance the game)!

that could be a good opportunity for us to implement training. will discuss with Gabriel, but an initial idea would be to implement the player form and the possibility to train and improve that. the form, age and time spent on matches would determine the stamina variation.
stamina penalty for games is already applied according to the time your players have acted on the match.

Ricardo, no consequence at all. We dont have a “morale” yet, so the only impact of wins or losses is financial.
Toni, this is the way we were going to implement initially. To be honest, we only did not to save time, as we had some other stuff we wanted to implement too. We sure will implement something like that in future, as I agree it is a good idea.

Yep, a lot to go, indeed.
Unfortunetely, we have a limited amount of time to code on rubysoccer and, everytime we implement something, we have to think about priorities x time x resulting tilt (fun).
The lack of medical staff is something bad, but i dont see this as a huge problem, since everybody “pays the same price” for injuries. It is not something that will harm a particular manager alone and, personally, I dont see this giving the same tilt as international competitions, for example.
I will come up with an old argument here: if we really wanted to make this game stick 100% to the reality, brazilian clubs would start on bankrupcy and the managers would be fired even if they won a lot of games. Instead of that, we made all teams start with a low amount of money and players with development potential (compatible with their native country). We thought that this would give all managers an additional challenge: to learn and improve their teams on a fresh start. The real world was an inspiration and, from now on, everything is on your hands. With our dynamic country base skills, things here tend to gain even more differences from reality. The economy slowness on the initial ticks is a side effect of those decisions. The market takes time to warm up. We will always keep a close eye on this and count on you guys to report bad economy behaviors.
As for the player generation (and that includes their quality), they are only taking more time to develop. This was an issue before, and now it seems to be working better. The issue was that the players were getting to their maximum level too fast. In our oppinion, slower is nicer in this case. But we are counting on your feedback to double check / change our minds. We are also going to implement the age impact on skills, and that may rock our world.
To conclude, thanks for your feedback. We sure took it positively. Keep sharing your thoughts with us and, in particular, keep an eye on the next couple seasons. I think they are going to give us the stuff we need to properly discuss some of the subjects you mentioned here.

there is no way to see this potential right now, but we will probably implement something to at least give a hint. i dont like the way this was done in managersim, so when the time comes i will try to come up with something better. you guys are free to give suggestions :) .
well, we are not planning to reset it again so soon…. :) but it will eventually happen. until that, we can discuss the best approuch here. sorry for internacional Lee, we will see what we can do next time.

About the job applications, there are no advantages on being the first to apply for a team. When the tick happens, all the applications will be equally considered – and that means random wins. Any lost applications are bad luck – and nothing else – reasoned.
The same goes for matches. The match is simulated, and large results usually have very good reasons. I dont think Dereck have won all his games with this kind of score board (i can check on our database backup later). We dont know Dereck and, even if we knew, we dont (and wont) favor anybody. If we developers were involved in such an absurd, the main purpose of this game would be lost – which is to have nice and clean fun.
Other than that, our company boss is also playing it, so he would be the most favored guy for sure :D .
To conclude, we really enjoy feedback. But be careful when reporting things, as I dont think anybody here likes to be called a “cheater” (Derek is included on that group). If he had such a sequence of unbelievable victories (and here is another point, usually when we accuse somebody of something we have to be very careful gathering enough data to support our ideas), it was his merit – or maybe some bug that we are not aware about yet.

ps: i would like to remember you guys that the match simulation will, for sure, have a lot of improvements. we know that this is very important, but we also decided to not abandon the rest of the game, as the match simulation has already many very nice results and is not “THAT” bad.
Toni, you are allowed to have teams in both dimensions, though you gave a perfect description: if we have room problems, we will ask the managers to resign from one of their teams.

as you may already know, today we had our first reset. I wanted to thank you guys for your support during the “first round” on rubysoccer.
Also, you all are welcome and invited to join our new round! Moreover, we have a larger number of teams, which means that everybody is encouraged to bring friends over (well, we have limits… but for now we are ok :) ).

hmm, thats very strange. we will investigate but, anyway, we will probably reset everything very soon.
manager ranking and man of the match are definitely on our list. but to win a competition is already a very good money incentive. That money come from the tickets, sponsors, etc.
as for the manager history, the structure is almost ready, we only dont have a screen to show it yet.
very soon we will have all that and the international competitions, in a package that i think will add a good tilt for you guys :).
