Hi,

i am wondering if my team is not facing a behaviour pattern in match results… Of course I do not pretend to “remove” the glory of the opponents from its vitories.

Maybe it could be difficult calendar but …

… but every time I tie or loose an official game it is almost certain that I will loose or tie the next official game.
In the last experience I had, I lost with the team in the first position and next I tie with a team in last places.

… I also checked others teams matches list and I did not find this behaviour. Luck or Unluck I guess, right?

Not that unusual, but not a good game result. Too many penalties etc etc

CPU teams won’t accept friendlies anymore. We may turn that back on or make them propose friendlies as soon as we change the logic that currently selects their best players to play such matches.

Guys,

Have I missed something obvious ? I want to stop negotiating with a potential purchase now, as I don’t want them. How can this be done ? Or is it possible to add a button in order to do so ?

Well, your player ratings may be related to good tackles, you had more than 80% of effective tackles. We know the ratings are not very realistic yet, but we’ll improve that. About dominating the match and losing that can happen for different factors: innefective attack, good opponent keeper compared to your players, luck.

The match engine and the report will definitely be improved, me and Danilo just need to find some time to work together on that, as it is a very sensitive part of the game.

Hi,

Please check my match report in turn 16. Very strange… I completely controled the match but ended losing. And it gets better, 8 of my players got a perfect 10.

I manage Mallorca in Spain FastTicker and I had 17th place out of 20 only, (18,19,20 should relegate).
If you look at my team history it also states that I was relegated to division 2

I’m manager of Botafogo in Beta 1 and this message appeared in the team history:
Ends division 1 on position 16. Relegated to division 2.

But in the previous season i wasn’t regalated…

Yes, hiding information when line up is complete, it would be the expected and also hide if the competion is not available for that team (of course). Instead of “League: Line up is not complete” you could put a red icon for each competion.

Excellent – thanks for adding this. However, could you also add to the drop-down list the ability to select just friendly matches? That way I can easily check that I’m not playing my 1st XI in freindly matches.

What about hiding information when line up is complete? So in your example we’d have olny

League: Line up is not complete
National Cup: Line up is not complete

Newspaper is planned and will be a good addition. We won’t have that so soon though, we want to plan it carefully.

And let me support the 30+6 decision… My choice too… The ideal squad size to play 1 game per turn… Less would be difficult…

In another topic I suggested:
I’d say a manager that enters in negative result should be sacked after 18 turns (6 league games) negative or if the result goes under -500.000$, this way there’s an opportunity to recover (sometimes the season calendar isn’t fair, that’s my reason to allow entering the negative result) and a STOP sign to crazy wages…
I hope not to get instantly sacked, let me example, I left the game for a few days (about 5), during the end/begin of season, no frindlies in new season, no games, my first cup game was made away by the default team (my B team, with a lucky win), I had around 1.5 millions and I thought it would be enough but I’m -200.000 which can be recovered easy… This would be enough for a sack with a very restrictive rule… And friendlies would have been enough to keep positive…

But I think there is a bug…not sure, but…

For example: if have 29 players and I make an offer to one player then I can’t make an offer to another player, but… if with 29 players I enter the ‘Contract Offer’ screen of one player but I don’t click the ‘Offer contract’ button then I can open more ‘Contract Offer’ screens for other players and then finally I press the ‘Offer contract’ button for each player and multiple negotiations would be active but they shouldn’t because only one was permitted…

I only spoke exactly because this is just a game… somebody mentioned Liverpool and I had to defend it!
I think this is typical conversation of managers to the press (that’s why I mentioned the ‘Newspaper’) :)
