Currently it is fixed based on brazilian rule, which is: number of victories, goals scored – goals against, goals scored.
We plan to make that more flexible and country dependant.

At turn 84 I’ve sold Stuart Farr to Colón for $3,500,000 but in the ‘Finance’ screen, between turns 82-84, I have ‘Players sold: $0’.
This finance report shows a great loss (this is usual with my pay roll…) but the total balance as grown. I guess that the money from selling Stuart Farr is being accounted, but it just doesn’t show…

We don’t have a final decision about National Teams yet. Sometimes I miss them as well, it’s cool to see some of your players being part of their nation’s team :-)
Anyway, if we add that to the game it shouldn’t happen soon, but we won’t abandon the ideia.

I was wondering if you guys had something on the works for National Teams,
I know that there are only 6 European nations and 2 from S. America, but I think it would be interesting to see the best players from every country play to see who is the better nation.
Hopefully in a near future, when there are more Nations to do some type of tournament, or it will be cool if the 8 Countries that are in the game right now would have only friendly matches. Just for Fun…
I´ve started a work, that should take a while, to try to make things faster here. Hope I can get some results soon.

currently you can see manager XY “Logged in 59 minutes ago”. Is it possible to show since when the manager is not active on the site (opens pages on rs), like in ssim?

i’ve noticed the server has gotten slower and slower in the past few weeks. I don’t even log onto M-ticker much anymore since its usually too slow to get in. I find F-tick is starting to get quite slow as well…
will it be present in the game? it would make sense to have totto cup! cheers
We’ll soon reduce the number of penalty kicks per match and afterwards take care of the number of shots, goals scored, penalty kick scoring odds, penalty kick taker.

The games have too much penalty kiks – and just almost 50% sucefull
Something wrong here, because usually the games just decided from penalty kiks at another competitions, not in the league

30 + 6 would also be my choice. 30 + 6, at least one more season. The limit of 30 players is messing the game. No one buys or sells.

The 2nd of the spanish league qualifies directly to the second life, Levante finished in 4th, not 2nd :-)
We used the ranking to get 10 teams for the first round, so we’ve got 4th from Spain, 4th from England, 3rd and 4th from Italy, 2nd and 3rd from Germany, 2nd and 3rd from France, 2nd and 3rd from Portugal. The 5 winners join the other 11 qualified teams for the 2nd round.
I agree Philipp, that was discussed some time ago and I was thinking about doing the following:
-limit the maximum rating based on the number of goals conceived
-give a bonus for clean sheets (unless there were no shots on goal)
I’ve discussed that once with some friends, a few suggestion came up:
-at the end of player generation, change position field according to generated attributes (so in the example above the player would be a midfielder)
-at the end of player generation, change position field according to generated attributes + potential (so in the example above the player would be a midfielder only if passing + potential in passing was greater than tackle + potential in tackle)…that could give away something about potential, like in your example, if the player was still a defender you’d know that he’d evolve his tackle at least until 79
-allow manager to change player’s position
-use the first ideia plus dinamically change player position during game when evolution caused one of the 3 main attributes to become greater than the others
In my opinion none of these solutions would add that much to the game, but if I had to choose one I’d go for the last one.
the position is much more like “I think I should be a defender, because I like it” than “I AM a defender”.
The tendency to have your main attributes better than others is not always followed, just as any other tendency :).
i’m curious how the rating get generated & if there isn’t smth to improve.
my concern is as follows.
in fast ticker my team played 11 league matches
a) my goalie conceiced just 2 goals (and ~1-10 shots per game) but has a AVG of 5,8
b) the 11 opponent goalies got ALL a 10! (parries 50-89 shots from my side)
i guess you create the rating via the number of shots that the gk parries.
BUT
a) i would say 2-3 world class actions from a goalie could be reasonable for a higher than 8 rating aswell
b) not every goalie should get a ten if he got to defend 50+ shots, some gk have “bad days” even if they parry 50 shots. with a “bad day” performance there should be a higher number of conceived goals than with the status “10”.
but why has the 2nd of the spanish legue to qualify for 2nd round? normally (in RL) it’s 3rd & 4th of a season must qualify …
very often players best skills and their native position favour are contradictory.
my latest example:
i got this youth with 79 in PASSING & 63 in defending as a DEFENDER… should be a midfielder, right?
