It is ok for the value to decrease sometimes, specially because the estimated value calculation formula is based on real transfers, so if the average transfer value is lower now than it was before players value tend to decrease, even youths.

he had a initiaç value around 192000 and now, after 4 friendlies, his value decrease to 172000.
I myself fired/sold everyone in my club within first couple of seasons after i took my new job, started mass hiring new talent from free market, never made any transactions last three seasons and i currently have 30 devoloping players some promising some busts,anyway i ll stick with what i have now and after couple of seasons we ll see who will stay and who will be booted.
With some patience its not hard to build a decent team from zero…. good luck

After 3 seasons with Toulouse I made 2 seasons an half in Greece (winning one championship) then went for a half season in Argentina, but I finally came back to France and Toulouse a club where I invest a lot of my time and energy before.
I always pushed french players there and youths!
The result is great now : 6 players from the starting XI are from our own youth Academy!
Toulouse is not a top team in France but I want to continue and develop my project of building a good team and insert sometimes young players from the youth academy or young players I bought before.
In my starting XI I have 6 players from the own academy, 3 experienced players from other clubs and 2 players who joined the club when they were still U18.

Hello. Just signed up here after finding the site when searching for ManagerSim on Google. Now a year and 2 days after the last post, I’m adding a comment :). I played SoccerSim/ManagerSim almost from the start and was sad when it finally died. I’ve been looking for a decent online footy management game ever since, have tried several but they always fell well short. Hopefully this will be the one :). I still have numerous screen shots I took of SoccerSim that I look at occasionally hoping that it will one day return. Why my 3 strikers w/ 100 shot skill each (playing home!) can´t win a game with 20 shots on target agains a not so good goalkeeper?
After reading this i wont be upgrading my stadium lol, its not worth it by those stats.

1000: $4.55M
Cost per new chair
100: $5k
500: $4.8k

My team had played 28 official games in home last season. Lets suppose full house all games, so:
How long it will take to pay my investment?
100 chairs → need 500 home games, so: 500/28 = almost 18 seasons
500 chairs = 17 seasons
1000 chairs = 16 seasons
Is it worth? What is your opinion?
Note: 16 seasons = 864 turns = 384 days in FT (more than 1 year!) Just to have your $4.55M back.

Lots of players on the loanlist at Bordeaux (France – ligue 2). Choose the one who fits in your team. There’s even a 91 shooter for loan.
It would also be nice to have a first buy option to the club loaning the player, give human clubs abit of an incentive to loan someone and play him. Then at the end if the club wishes to sell, the loaner club gets first option to buy or not.
I looked at it and hes playing for Roma, not on sale? Maybe it was fixed.

What about also investing a special coach for youth?
Like “coaching level first team” and a “youth academy coaching level” so more you invest in it more the new youths will be good and more youths you will be able to have (with a maximum of 11)!

I had 9 kicks from strikers 100shot and 90+ control
My 99 goalkeaper coudn´t hold 3 of just 9 shots.
