at the beginning of the season the game automatically scheduled my friendly.
however, all game are scheduled AWAY !!
this problem continues from 3 seasons.
i think system order teams alphabetically….
id like it if we got to pick what position we got when we release and get a new youth… like i mean i have 2 youth goalies… dont like it when i get a position i dont need

Well, I just mentioned the scouting department cause it’s the cheapest of all (60k on lvl 10). And remember that in this scenario you could get the desired position by chance like it is today, the scouting level would just increase the chance of getting the desired position.
The system should definitely do something about this! We shouldn’t have let him not have a keeper in the first place. We already have a few mechanisms to prevent that, but we are aware of some gaps.
He was not fired yet cause nobody wanted to take the team and he is not inactive long enough (cause he is on vacation).
That path would disadvantage people who decide to go to a club in the new countries, as they wouldn’t have the income level to afford high scouting levels. A scouting department of any level should enable you to get the ability of choosing what position your youth player fills (A,M,D or G), if you want to have scout level play a part in this, why not have the scout level influence the chance you have at selecting a player with potential.

Coach Level: Go to Management => Stadium => change the coach level according to wish. There are mo coaches per se. Just the coach level, which decides how fast your players grow.
Substitutions: Go to formation => Formation Strategies and there you can set the substitutions
Thanks. I have some other problems too. Where are my coaches? How to I drop substitutes i game formation. I think I have tried 5 different ways with no success.
Maybe an option to set “Pretend new youth”: G,D,M,A
If you have high scouting you can have more chance to have your option.
The only way this works is that every time you have to pick a youth, you are always presented with a new fresh set of 4 choices.
This is an interesting suggestion. Maybe we could associate the number of choices you’d have with your scouting level. Anybody else have any comments?

actually, if notice around Europe, CPU teams are having a field day. Spezia is second in Italy, and Lyon was 3d before getting a new manager in France. Still in France, there is a nice cue of CPUs right after the last Europa spot.

I have tried to save formation, but with no success. I only have “default” even if I create new or save current to other name. Do I do something wrong?

in all fairness when it comes to league games i accept it, because everyone has them. So in the end we all have an “even” amount of unfair losses. The CL thing just felt horrible for me, especially after winning it last season!
I feel sorry for you Philipp, but for us french teams it was good to see you being struck by the Eindhoven nightmare :)
