Lots of players on the loanlist at Bordeaux (France – ligue 2). Choose the one who fits in your team. There’s even a 91 shooter for loan.
It would also be nice to have a first buy option to the club loaning the player, give human clubs abit of an incentive to loan someone and play him. Then at the end if the club wishes to sell, the loaner club gets first option to buy or not.
I looked at it and hes playing for Roma, not on sale? Maybe it was fixed.

This is a great idea!
What about also investing a special coach for youth?
Like “coaching level first team” and a “youth academy coaching level” so more you invest in it more the new youths will be good and more youths you will be able to have (with a maximum of 11)!
Any news about it?
thanks!
sorry ulisses! I am happy on the other hand ! didn’t see it 1-3 coming!
Are my players AFRAID playing HOME?
I had 9 kicks from strikers 100shot and 90+ control
My 99 goalkeaper coudn´t hold 3 of just 9 shots.

This season we have to say good bye to some players, all great players than won’t have oportunities in our team.
we have some players for loan too.
Well cups can be a bit of a crap shoot. I recall being 2nd like 4-5 times in a row with the best stats. Just never was able to beat that damn Monaco in the cup final :).
Getting shots is 1 thing, but scoring them is another. If for example your attackers don’t have very good stats, they might shoot yes…. but it’s not hard for the goalkeeper to save it. So the stats would say you have alot of shots, but you got to ask yourself….where they good shots? You can have “window dressing” when it comes to stats. For example, simply putting shooting on long will give you alot of shots. But like I said…. who says they are good shots? shooting from far outside the penalty area will decrease the chance of the ball going in. Don’t let the “stats” fool you. Many managers make this mistake.
It works the same way as human managed teams, if the players is listed you can make an offer, otherwise you can’t. One significant difference is that bot teams do not negotiate the price.
Would it be possible to make an offer to bot team players?
looks like me and you have a good lil pre season going
2 fa cups in succession
i get alot of shots and alot of possesion and dominate the entire game every game my team plays… winning isnt something that is consistant in this game…when the right team should win..but i will agree that it should happen about 5 times a season to every team keeps hte game close
So close to making history
For the first time Guimarães managed to get to the Champions League final and was really close to win it, the title went for Rio Ave by a close 1-0 greatly achieved by their keeper’s huge performance. We can only be happy, the team performed well and anyone could leave with the title. Maybe next year :D
This season will also be remembered by the intense fight for the Portuguese league by Guimarães and Gondomar, this time the title went to Guimarães almost at the end of the season wining by a better difference of goals achieved only in the last matches of the league.
@Davison: I really don’t want to take the piss, but what championships? You won the EPL in season 23. It is now season 37. You know the engine has changed alot right? I’ve changed my tactics god knows how much because of those changes. It never hurts to experiment and try to find something new that works. If you feel you lose tomany “unfair” games, perhaps it is the tactics? To much focus on getting alot of shots instead of getting possesion? Perhaps visa versa…..?
Not with the current design, the only option is to adjust the coach level and it will affect all skills equally.

Depends if you want to do it realistic or not. I have coached kids aged 8-12 and you could already there see who had some potential. Nothing guaranteed but again it shows, so hiding player stats is not something I think is a good feature. The potential for every player is of course hidden but again, you should be able to get a feeling/view about a player and build yourself an opinion about his future potential.

hehehe, come on. Be serious. You win some you lose some, next season you can try to perfect your tactics. Maybe you should go defensive in away games and attack on home games, or whatever you are not doing already. Surprise victories are good for the game.
Remember Soccersim was there first, got pro and we enjoyed lots of years of fun. RubySoccer has not reached it’s potential yet, and needs work to be able to get there. If you want a serious view of course.

Guys, there are some things that need to be solved before going pro and paid version.
1. Copyright issues, it’s just matter of weeks until you get an angry mail from THE (!) FA (read the English FA) claiming you are using copyrighted and trademarked names without any permission, and you have 24 hours to drop it. Then you have received payments and you have to close the shop before really opening it.
2. A Business plan, this involves Danilo and Gabriel mainly and it has to be their choice where they want to take the game. I think it’s too early to go Pro at current time. The number of managers are too low.
3. Other clients platforms may create more hype and bring in more people trying and starting playing the game.
4. Alternative payments /micro payments through a partner, unlocking certain info for paying customers.
5. Time is of importance, remember what killed ManagerSim, it needs time, dedication and money, and the the money part is pretty important. If next step(s) take too long, the risk of seeing a replay of ManagerSim fate could well happen here.
I’ll try to support Danilo and Gabriel as much as I can, they’ve done a great job, because if you haven’t programmed a game yourself, you have NO IDEA how much hard work that is, believe me.
I also think setting up a group of people interested in the future of the game to design some plans would be a good natural step forward.

Berhan K.
Thanks. Is there only option to set certain coach level? I would like to train specific skills like attacking skills. Is it possible?
Season 36 Review
As promised at the start of his assignment, manager Dhimitri has completely changed the face of Liverpool. Old players that were found at the team are long gone and 28 new promising players are currently wearing the glorious red jersey. Overall, 37 players were bought and 21 were sold or have left the team.
“When you start things from ground zero as we did here, then it’s safe to say even the janitor had a chance to make the team,” the manager joked.
Liverpool started the season with a first team player average of just 515 pts and had not table goals, other than to use the matches to groom its youthful roster. However, new additions along the season and some loaned players helped the team to achieve a respectable mid table position beyond all expectations.
“I can say that we played some entertaining football out there and we did surprise some people. Of course, we did also have some disastrous days, but what matters is that we brought people back on the stands. This is important, because it shows that the fans believe in us, in our project, and in our players,” a smiling Dhimitri said.
Indeed, the Reds have made great strides in improving their team in just a season. At the end of the season the first team players averaged 565 pts, a whooping 50 pts increase from the beginning. Fortunato “Lucky” Alves is a bargain deal signed from Avai who might just become a future legend at Anfield. Despite turning 25 this year, the manager has high hopes for the lad.
“We can say that Alves is currently the best striker and player at our team, and he would fare quite well at the Premiership level. But i think he’s not done improving, hence we expect more from him. "
Pinonero, is another interesting prospect that joined Liverpool at the end of season 36. Like Alves, he seems a bit old to be called a prospect at 26 yo, however, the mangers thinks he might just be the late boomer to surprise people.
“I coached him at Valenciennes for fours seasons when he was still a young lad, just like the ones we have here. Then he moved to Betis where in four years he only played a handful of games which stagnated his growth. That’s why I think Pinonero still has some quality to prove in his career and Anfield will be the best place for him.”
There are other bright prospects in this young team, but it would be too harsh from us to put too many expectations on their shoulders right now. What matters is that the players and their manager have been quite committed to their jersey and we can only hope that last season’s success and growth is a sign of what the future holds for Liverpool.
Season 37 Preview
Not much will change for Liverpool in terms of goals for this season. Despite the fact that the board has set a middle of the table season end goal, which seems achievable with the current team, the main objective remains the improvement of the team. What we can be sure is that fresh faces will join the squad and others will leave.
“Another long season awaits us. And it won’t be pretty. But at the end we only have to gain and nothing to lose. All that matters is to keep our focus ahead and everything will be fine!!! I’m happy of what we achieved so far, and I expect nothing less in the year ahead of us” Dhimitri conluded.
That’s what you get for managing Manchester City!
ok, thanks
If you are worried about ticket income, don’t. On friendlies the income is equally split between the two teams ;)
