I like what Jah says. League position, success history etc should influence merch.

Signing squad players from free list shouldn’t affect it as much as Martins, imo.

Not trying but already being a pain in the ass, hahaha, I think in the average rating, there should be only 2 numbers after the , ( Don’t know how to say casas decimais hehehe… com os devidos arredondamentos )… Like 9,58… It would get the page cleaner…

About the numbers of the main players with the youth’s, it’s not only on their history, their abilites are not in line too… I think on the youth’s abilities and history, there is an “extra space” between numbers…

PS: numbers que eu falo são os dados que ficam em cima tipo: Keeping, shooting, drible, DP, AVG.GOALS… hehehe

Only 2 things: This data is recent, right? Cause in my opinion it should only counts official matches ( League and National Cup )

And the other thing is just to adjust the numbers of the main players with youth’s hehehe =)

I really don’t agree with this one. I think merch sales should be influenced by club prestige.

Example: a club get a serie of wins, merch sales shoud raise. A big star was bought, merch should raise. the position in the league table should be an influence too. Selling a “first eleven player” should drop the merch sales. History of the club (league and cup win over the seasons).

This is just ideas…

Hello,

i find that when i log in and check my player ratings, it shows who went up.(in blue)

however, if you leave that screen and come back to it, the blue dissapears! let me know if anyone else is having this bug.

our plan is to make age have the effect you mentioned, commanche (decline players abilities). I pointed the suggestion as a good one because not everybody will read the wiki (as a player, I wouldnt if that was not 150% necessary).
I will discuss with Gabriel, but i think it would be nice for the user to be somehow perfectly clear when his players are going to age, whether this will happen at the season tick for everybody or not.

We had a problem with cards on the latest turns. Please keep obs and let us know if strange things continue to happen.

Injuries should show first, almost sure (cant double check right now).

We already have an enhancement request entered to improve the comments around the penalty, so we expect to fix those issues very soon. But as for penalties your players suffered, there are no relations between the odds, so maybe you just had bad luck :(. We are planning to do a lot of reviews/enhancements on match code, though. Those reviews would include more comments :).

The problem would be to not suggest or point thigs, Gogu. We really appreciate your help, keep giving us your feedback!

Gabriel, age is only important if you link it to something that makes the player decline in ability as he gets older.

Theres no point in having individual birthdays, just age everybody 1 year at turn season 2 etc.

But, if for example, players LOSE ability over age 33 or 35, the age will become very much more important. If you the players ability will remain constant or increase until he retires, age is not so important.

This is something for later in the development. Congratulations so far, I think you have a great thing going here. Good luck :)

Do not know whether this is a bug or not, but had players injured before and they were out at least a match. Vinambre, my defender, had and still has a yellow card. In the match agains Getafe -Real Madrid 2-2 he got injured, and still he is just shown as a card.
And I have a question, what does the computer show first in the player list….injuries or cards?

And another funny thing, from that exact same match in Beta 2….Before the match I got 4 players with yellows, and 3 of em got yellow cards and one, the one I was telling you about, Vinambre, got injured. What are the odds? :)) Just those 4 were penalised or injured in my team, nobody else.
In 45 minute, same match, penalty(who for I do not know, it doesn’t say), 53 min goal…….did the goal come from the penalty? did the striker not shoot on goal, or keeper defend? I know this is the begining, not whining, just amusing myself a little, and pointing out some iregularities in my opinion ;)
Hope in the full game we have some comment, not just goals, cards and injuries :)

If your team overall quality decreased with this new players that’s how it should work. I’m just thinking of a few improvements that can be done though.

I guess the fouls are reducing too much the player ratings. By reducing the number of fouls as we have planned should work.

I always assumed everyone aged 1 year every season’s first turn… there are specific turns for each and every player, as a “birthturn”?

If you can’t work around the special characters problem, just go with “Assuncao” instead of “Assunção”, im sure everyone will understand. :)

Now It is possible to view the team players history. Check it out on your team players screen, under History “tab”. I am also planning to implement individual player full history (very soon). Stay tuned!

Of course that it is only the beginning. In future we may show a lot more info there.

I also improved the top scorers list.

no, i dont think it is a bug. we will double check that.

but to generate 100% balanced championships can be a very difficult math problem. that subject is even targeted by a good number of university papers. our approuch, like all others, is not perfect and may cause unfair situations sometimes. but dont worry, you will have more luck next season :).
