Some of my non-youth players have just improved so I think everything is fine. If you think your players are taking too long to improve don’t worry, all players in the game are like that now. We’ll have a few great players after a couple seasons, and an interesting player market I guess.

That’s a bug Stramazi, not sure the reason yet. I’ve already seen my own players with 97 stamina after playing a match. Now that we’ll make some changes to this part of the game we’ll have the chance to investigate that problem. Thanks for reporting.
Sorry Gabriel, I really don’t like to making false denunciations but I have a prove to tell you that something very wrong is happening in Brasilians first division league. How can “Cruzeiro” in fastticker keep stamina 97 with “Dimas Teles” player that just have played the very last turn? Don’t you sayd that players lost 4 staminas points per game? Not to be that he were with 101 stamina!!! I think that is impossible.
Please, just take a look at the Cruzeiro players squad and his last report game, this player were there!!! (I took a printscreen).
I Don’t want to think that I’m losting my time playing this game, I just want to have fun like other players here and I monitoring Cruzeiro for a long time and repering that with other players too. This manager is the first ranked in Medium ticker too. Something wrong.
All of this is only to improve the game and make the really best player won the championships.

that could be a good opportunity for us to implement training. will discuss with Gabriel, but an initial idea would be to implement the player form and the possibility to train and improve that. the form, age and time spent on matches would determine the stamina variation.
stamina penalty for games is already applied according to the time your players have acted on the match.
No footyman, tactics don’t influence stamina for now. I have a friend that usually goes well on both cups and leagues like you footyman, that’s why I thought people found a way to deal with stamina using squad rotatin like you said. But again, if it is a problem for most users as it seems to be we can change something to see what happens :-)

Yahoo! I just got over $700k for being in cup final (fast – man.u). I can feel people already starting to hate ManU!
I´d vote for 1.
Of course needs a better look when we have substitutions and some players play only a small amount of minutes etc.
With all due respect, in fast tick I just won the cup in england(man u) and currently sitting 4th in league with 22 players and the lowest stamina at the moment is 85. Maybe my squad is better than some other teams, but squad rotation is a must.
Regarding changing stamina settings – I don’t think they need to be changed much. Maybe increase stamina recovered from 2 to 3 per free turn and see how it goes. I don’t agree with stamina boost in the middle of season.
Does team tactics have any influence on stamina lost?
We won’t allow a player to be transfer listed right after being hired. While we don’t add that to the game we’ll keep an eye on it. Thanks smithers.
I think it is a good suggestion. We could display a small table with the last match and the following two matches for instance.

Alright, I’ll discuss that with Danilo and do something about it right away. Here are my suggestions, if you guys could vote in one of them, or a combination of them it would be very helpful:
1) Reduce the amount of stamina lost in a match from 4 to 3
2) Increase the amount of stamina recovered per free turn from 2 to 3
3) Make the amount of stamina lost in a match dynamic, so players who runned more during the match will lose more (would require a few tests to check how much a player would lose in the average)
4) Give stamina boost in the middle of the season (turn 72) and in the end (turn 144). Something like 10 in the middle and 20 in the end.
5) Any other suggestion
In the future, age and fitness will affect the stamina loss and recovery but I think we need to agree on a solution for the current situation before starting designing that.

Can’t see if it’s been mentionned before, but I think it would be a good idea to have a field on the home screen to show your team’s next match.
Perhaps to show turn number, opposition, venue and competition ?
It shouldn’t be too difficult to program, I wouldn’t have thought.

People just stopped complaining because you kept on rejecting all the suggestions and comments made about this issue, you must be honest about it.
There were a lot of complains about it, but you guys decided not to pay attention, maybe now you can understand that it´s impossible to play this game with this stamina system.
It´s not impossible, but either one choose one competition to focus and forget the cup (and next season, international cups), or it´s mandatory to have al least a 30 player squad.
People didn´t find a way to deal with it, people just started to giving up the cup, I tried, went to 1/4 final, and now I stay bottom of the league because I had to give my players a long rest (GK was at 64 Stam and it was just turn 30 something, this is insane) to have them at 80%, I´m not talking about 100%, as that is almost impossible.
So please, either you change things in the way of not loosing so much, or gaining more at the intervals between matches, as it is, it´s unrealistic and unfair, while I had my players fit, I was able to kick out the cup the club that no goes 1st, and it wasn´t luck, I won home and away…

Your solution is interesting Ricardo, even though it would be harder to implement. We’ll discuss that.
You win money with increasing attendances when you play at home while you advance in the cup. Specially if you reach the final which is played on neutral ground with double ticket price split by the two teams.
What about gaining one extra stamina point for each tick where a player didn’t play?
2 in the tick after the match, 3 on the next, 4 on the other, and so on and so on?
I have my first team resting for almost 2 weeks and they went from 80 to 90… any squad would be more than ready to play after resting for 2 weeks.

I’ll be monitoring my own players and let you know if something seems to be wrong. Remember that on MediumTicker all players improved on first tick due to a bug, so they will take twice as much to improve again, then go back to normal.

To be honest I’ve noticed improvements on my youths only so far, but I some people already told me their main players have improved. The thing is, it takes longer for them to improve than we were used to and I’m not always able to check my players after a match, so I may have missed a few improvements. Fast Ticker players should have improved at least once if they play regularly. 16 years old players should have improved a few times. If anyone wants me to track a specific player to make sure he is improving just let me know.
We didn’t change any logic on players improvement, only how much their attributes rise when they improve and how improved they start the game, so this shouldn’t be broken, but you never know :-)
