Yeah he was a topstriker in Italy. Certainly in the first seasons when Atalanta won the league twice.
743 goals in 808 games, he was/is a legend in Italy.

I don´t know if this is the right place for put this, but Pietro Ficarelli is retiring too.
In the lost two seasons he lost a lot of attributes, but I still play with him in some games. I can´t fire a player who played all seasons in the same team!

I don´t know where I can find her detailed statistics, but after looking in their stats I can say, without doubt, that he´s a legend too!

We don’t have official trades mechanisms but we’ve seen some unofficial trades where managers buy each other a player paying much more than the real value to guarantee nobody else will interfere, which causes inflation. Monitored trades could be a better solution.

Is dealing (trading) between managers allowed here?
I suppose it’s not, but the market is really not dynamic at all and trades among managers should be an alternative to the lack of market options and inflated prices. As long as deals are made transparent and perhaps they get approval from some sort of Commission (trades are also a great instrument of anti-competitivenes or market distortion if not monitored properly) then it’s definitely a great option.

vaughn, do u expect someone to come knocking at that price????
Compare Cássio Nascimento to Luc Blomme’s (Monaco) Michael Groger… i am not sure if any managers would pay that much at all… But there are many cases where i am wrong… May be someone will prove me wrong;)

Question from Vaughn in the Improvements topic:
“does this effect the stamina and speed? Cause when you are not playing long bal players get quicker tired because they run/walk more?”
The latest changes in the match engine does not affect the player stamina, but now they will cover longer distances as they can run diagonally instead of only horizontally and vertically.

Ah right, i thought you had to change the player over for him not to be penalised. Thanks for that!

You’re right about the penalties, Michael. We can add that possibility for the loaning manager though, it’s pretty simple.

Improved player running and distance calculation on match engine. Real distance (diagonal) is now used instead of horizontal distance plus vertical distance. This will affect the distance a player can run and the distance calculation for shots, passes, etc.

Here you’ll find some explanation, Saliba: http://www.rubysoccer.com/mediawiki/index.php/Team_Setup

MDs and DMs are the same, the only difference is where they’re displayed in your formation screen. They receive penalties only if playing on attack. Regarding sides, L players can player in both L and LC, C players can play in LC, C or RC, R players in R and RC. Players with multiple sides can play in any position but one (LC cannot play in R, LR cannot play in C and so on).

I made a post about it a week or 2 ago, I believe that they added it to be changed however I do not believe it effects the players stats as long as you play him somwhere that he can be used i.e. an AD can play A or D but takes a stat hit for playing M. Atleast that is my understanding.

I think once a player is loaned out, the team who is loaning him should be able to switch his positions eg. ad, da. Not the team who owns him.

i have players tahta are dm which i can switch to md, but i have no clue of what could be the real diference betewen those, when would a dm lose points for playing out of position and when would it happens to a md?
i´m not quite clear also about sides if i play a rught foward to extreme left he will also lose 1 point per skill, right? but where can he play without any penalties?
sumarazing , could anyone comment about players penalties for playing out of natural position

In a match against Flamengo my player Aragonez stayed in off-side for 2 minutes after the corner. He was the corner-taker.

The problem is that there is a glitch when attackers get the ball and shoot without losing any time. This one-touch game makes defenders useless and also increases the number of shots on goal. Because of the number of shots on goal the goalkeepers were made “uber-GKs” and it is really difficult to score against skilled GKs. And also attackers score 95% of goals. But the developers know the problem, so in a couple of months should be solved…I hope =)

The stadium size (or increasing its size) does not affect performance in any way.
Cheers!

Does stadium size affect performance in any way? Or if you haven’t increased in size when you have been in a position to do that affect anything? Also can increasing the size during home matches afect your teams performance?

cheers
