Very good suggestion
Because ultimately its upto the manager who owns the player
However im not a fan of loan cancellation both ways. seen it abused, plus thats the risk, benefits you gain.

Very wll put guys
im glad i read the forums a this confirms why i dont need to risk drawing a league game etc as the correlation between youth growth and risk seems to be close to zero.

Jacob, i agree one of the great things of these games is developing youth and finding the occasional bagain etc.

Have these ever been reset. Why such a big discrepncy between the two games. eg salaries, player stats etc

Please can you consider the option of selecting the type of player for sale, free or Loan.
Alternative would be the ability to select on the primary or sec stat as you do in the players list window
Makes searching for a specific player so much quicker and easier

The above player from my medium ticker game is a youth player Daniel Bracey (southampton)

This is the first player ive had that has increased stats hence the excitement BUT his value decreased. Why?

the 3 sec stats increased by 1 were speed dribble and header plus main skill pass by 2pts

It takes a lot of courage to expose your team in a League, cup game in the belief of developing a young player. Hence the reward should be the VS risk of losing an important game that affects, future results, board etc

Could we please consider spacing between Sho and Spe and then secondary stats Agg and Stamina.
Being of the old genre and eyes on the way out i find scanning stats can be daunting at times. The screen seems to have space.
I also like the national flag against the player. Relevance, well at this stage not too much apart from keeping tabs of were all the stars come from and adding a bit of colour to the screen.

Ha!
There goes any chance of sneaking a potential player under your nose. How are we going to develop our pensioner squad while we get snitched on by the paper. C’mon dont take all the fun out of finding the occassional golden nugget. Thats what i love about these games its the chance of developing a great player in a week team, plus with the economy already blown, struggling clubs and newbies have a chance to develop over a couple of seasons.

my two bobs worth

Hi Guys
I played Slowone(spanish League) and Eurotest(Man Utd) enjoyed playing and learning a lot from the types of Enzo and Pat Cimitier, to name a few. Lots of nice and helpful people, thats part of the reason why i played so long. Success is nice but enjoyment and friendship is what makes for a great game.
Thanks Sylvain for putting me back in the game, look forward to the friendly rivalry and banter, especially with my invalid squad. LOL

cheers Luc

Just confirm friendlys will help players develop. Ive just come on board and have not seen one of my young players develop at all. Ive had a look at fast tick Flamengo team and see young players on steriods. I did remember reading omething about Brazil being a breeding ground.

Please confirm that you are saying its irrelevant on friendly or league match in the early days with juniors and that they should increase skills then tapper off unless more matches are played and/or they are targetted for star status. Minimum time required is 35minutes.

Yes, i have spent the last two hours trying to log on. I must admit surfing the net and catching up on old sccersim/managersim info and blogs was interesting. Its 2am in Australia and I give up, goodluck to my friendly side in their first cup game. LOL

Gabriel

Now your talking. In my old soccersim/managersim days i used to waste (forests) in printing out screen dumps so as to refer back to my youth and pensioners

bring that on sooner than later as my works firewall has a block on this site.

or alternatively in the short time an email/message stating skill increase/decrease

cheers Luc

I think I paid 160 mill for that player, but he was worth every penny :). Some other ex-managersim in eurotest managers might recall a player called “Machado” who was playing with Man U. He was a goal scoring machine and was bought for 200 mill by the manager from man u (Luc Blomme). But thats it. They were not “a dime a douzen”….they were exceptional and very hard to find.

The good old days. He definetly helped me win some leagues,FA Cups and CL. These rare stars made the game exciting and drummed up lots of talk and interest. Soccersim/Mannagersim did definetly have a lot of spunk about it.

I do find this platform not as user friendly in the tactic department, purchasing area. However hats off to the great people behind this simulator and the many free hours of entertainment they will provide all. Ive only just joined so of course no attachment to a team.

Heads or tales
LOL
