The same here. Every time I lose I have the message “Bad result”. My board’s goal was “qualify for CL”. I did it with a 3th place. But when you lose you get the message “Bad Result”, so I suppose I can not lose one game (only against Napoli I can). Why doesn’t the board give me the goal “fight for the title”? Then I can understand these bad result messages if I lose a match.
I guess I am already out of competition for the next round in this group of death. Most of the 3 matches I had more ball possession and as many shots as my opponent. But still I lose with a clear result. Kind of frustrating.
Why I could win almost of my league games (except one) and lose all my CL matches? I really don’t know…
I can find me in this suggestion.
But I guess we have to make a system that older players doesn’t make useless. For instance, an older player has more experience and will make less mistakes in a match. So I suggest a system with experience points. To make it easy a player gets every season 10 experience points starting when he leaves youth academy. These experience points can be used in a ratio like keepers do it for heading.
Let’s say a player uses 80% skills (first & second ones) and 20% experience points for his performance in a match.
So my vote is a yes, as long as there comes a system for older players.
Gabriel, what is the effect of the coach department right now. Will the player improve faster or will he just improve to the maximum potential he has which isn’t the case in a level 5.
Let me clarify my opinion. I don’t want a system that improve players to their maximum on the age of 22. Let that be clear.
If your intention is to make a little faster improvement in the first years (60% – 40% or someting like that) I’m ok with the change. But there may not be a reach of maximum potential @ 22
So can you clarify what you suggest to implete.
After that I will give a clear yes/no.
I like Philipp’s suggestion because the maximum potential is only reached at the age of 24 – 26. I think 22 is too soon to reach a maximum potential. Then everybody will search for new young players and you can’t sell old players anymore. And with old I mean players above 27. This is not good for the game I think.
So when the age of reaching maximum potential is 26 y.o. (or older) then I vote ‘yes’ otherwise ‘No’.
In this system we also need extra skill improvement by experience for older players. This makes it more interesting to buy or hold older players.
I also like the idea of selecting the best teams of each country. Why don’t you take the 6 best teams of each country and the finalists of each national cup. This would also make the cup interesting. If these finalists are with the 6 best teams of the league you can select the 7 and the 8 best team of the country.
What do you think?

I like Damago’s idea but I am also not sure about replacing the current european/south american competitions. I suggest a competition with 4 groups of 4 teams (like Filipe said the semi-finalists of all international competitions). The top 2 of each group can play the quarter final. And why don’t we play all matches on neutral ground. Then we need only 3 turns group matches, 1 turn quarter-final, 1 turn semi-final and 1 turn final.
It can be played at the end of the current season and the beginning of the following one. Let’s say turn 142 till 13. So there is enough time to schedule cup and current international competitions (even for possible later groupstages).

If you make them unbreakable, I think, you also need to add an option that we can choose a minimum coaching level for the loaning team. The goal of loaning is to make these players better but if a team with coaching level 3 loans him this developpement won’t be that fast as with a coaching level 9.
Another suggestion is a minimum number of matches he has to play. The kind of match doesn’t matter.
So I support unbreakable loans as long as we can specifie the loancontract more.

Just some help to begin: you have to click on the world globe icon. There you find a list of countries and by clicking one of them you can see the competitions of the country. All the teams with a computer icon are available to manage.

I like Philipp’s idea. Then all the work of making a good team is not a waste of time. The reduce of player skills with 10 points is a good suggestion. Then tactics become more important.
Perhaps you can only reset the country ranking when there are new countries added. This will make the international competition more honest.

How will the system choose new managers when there would come a total reset? random or based on the old manager ranking?
Gabriel, you talked about adding new countries. Does this also mean that there will be a CL with groupestages or is this to early.

The previous season Napoli was a great opponent. Alexander’s team will become a tough client in the next seasons. I hope Italy will become stronger in the following seasons.
Now I have to reach back the final in Europe. The last seasons in CL were unsatisfactory.

You can add a new loan condition as there are now for duration and wage. Let the player’s manager adjust the number of official matches the loaned player has to play. When he plays less there will be no fee if there is a recall.
There are 38 league matches in most competitions and some cup matches possible. So let’s say that the maximum number of matches is 30. A player can be injured or suspended.
I also think that the process of choosing the loaning team can’t be fully automatic like Philipp already said.

For the first suggestion of ekxl you can make a ratio:For instance:
- youths <20 => max development till 40% of their maximum skills
- players <22 => max development till 50% of their maximum skills
- players <24 => max development till 65% of their maximum skills
- players <26 => max development till 80% of their maximum skills
- players <28 => max development till 100% of their maximum skills
Of course you can multiply this ratio with a potential percentage. There need to be some talents that already reach their maximum skills at a young age but not so much as there are now.
These changes sound good and the game will be more realistic. Now there are teams with all
< 20 year old 90+ players.
My keeper in fastticker Borghi improves his skills of dribbling but his value decreases from 33M to 29M.

Yeah I don’t think you have to do something different. It is good the way it is right now but it’s strange that you beat a team at home with 6-0 and away they score 4 goals against you.
Did you already change the home advantage?
Because I find it very strange that I lost my 3 last away matches against teams I easely beated home. And I didn’t change my squad or tactics.
