Leicester keeps giving a hell of a fight for the CL spot and everything points they will really get an UEFA spot this season without a manager. I don’t believe the team is ruined and the manager was not fired because of that, he was inactive for more than 7 days, the team has a great stadium and lots of players to sell, a fighting team for a fighting manager in a rising country, in France you can have good youths but you also will find some 10 to 15 fully grown teams which will make your life a living hell, in England there’s only one and most of their greatest players will retire soon :D All other teams are rising now and you can be rising with them with a fair fight chance.

I also need to win to be sure I make it… Those two first matches killed me, a simple change of tactics and the difference is huge… Thanks Dhimiter for the heads up :D

Are you ok Davison? You actually said “it would be nice”? lol

I agree with you on this one, but it isn’t a priority so more things need to be done before that…

@Dhimitri
Just a correction, instead of Porto my first CL winner was Benfica… If you were portuguese I’d consider that an insult :P

All the rest totally agree with you, in addition to that we need more real managers in the game, the CPU teams only buy players for small amounts, more real managers and there would be more transfers to make and more people making them.

That and the group selection must be perfected, this past few seasons our teams always met at the group stage and always in the killer group, this season I consider we are 4 of the main candidates in one group… I cant believe the game consider any of this teams weaker than any other in the competition…

I think the time players take to improve it’s ok… You can have a player fully grown with 22 if you use him in oficial matches, you’ll probably lose some matches but it is supose to be that way… People want to improve players just using them in friendly matches, there’s no managing in that and this is a manage game…

It isn’t a waste if your team perform well, at the moment mine its always full, but when season started it wasn’t…

Also you cant wait for stadium income or something like that to gatter money, the only viable way of making money its by selling players. It is like this in the game and also in real life, only teams like Real Madrid can survive without that but it is not because of their stadium income they do it…

1) You could have a 100k stadium that if your team has bad results your stadium would continue empty, last EPL match your stadium attendance was 28k… Only when the team is wining will the stadium get full, seems very reasonable and realistic to me.

2) your players wages seem like all other teams in RS, players will chose the team that pays more and where he can be an important player on the squad. If you have a good team its normal you have to pay more so a player would acept come and play just friendly matches. I recently payed 45k wage for a young player and even if turns to be a shitty player it was the right decision to me. If the game was that simple there would not be any fun to play it…

3) Market prices are made by the managers, if you ask too much you wont sell, it doesn’t matter how much the player worth…

4) In EPL take a look at Norwich, Cardiff, Fulham or many others… In a few seasons they started to play with young players and now their teams are starting to look great. If a player improves all he can in one season there would be no work for a manager to do…

5) You have been here for a while, yet your tactic is one of the strangest I’ve seen, if that doesn’t work change it, check the ones the great teams are using, I started using 4-3-3 because Rui Antunes won two consecutive CL with it, the season after I won the CL with it too :D

6) I’ve explained how that works to you in the other post. You cant demand changes just because you’re not managing to do great in the game. There are things that need to be changed but we cant just say everything is b.s and f** all… The developers made a great game and we are playing it for free, remember that…

This topic intentions are to advertise teams or leagues for managers to check them. I dont think it is worth to try improve the cpu managed teams rather than tring to bring more managers to the game… We must hope in a near future most of the leagues will have only human managers so there wont be reasons to invest in more intelligent cpu teams…

IMO the investment must be in advertising the game, not only by the admins but mostly by us players telling our friends, in the social networks, etc… Also there must be more improvements on cheating prevent, more managers means more cheaters and If we can’t deal with the ones we have now it will be impossible then. Online games must have zero tolerance for cheaters or it will be impossible to get people’s trust…

Great team Leicester City without manager again. They still have many players from the great work of Matt McLellan and is already a team to challenge the main spots in the league…

thats a fuckn rule to fuckn prevent the fuckn inactive managers from fuckn lose their fuckn players because their fuckn contract has fuckn ended. This fuckn way we make fuckn sure teams are not fuckn destroid because fuckn people who are fuckn trying the fuckn game. This fuckn rule should probably fucken have a condition to the fuckn manager’s last login so the fuckn active manager could do what a fck they fuckn want but that would also be a fuckn way for the fuckn cheaters to fuckn cheat… Anyway, we should fuckn discuss this so with a few more fuckn we’ll probably have a fuckn solution :D

So hard to write this way, how the fuck do you do it? :D

You don’t need to pick them, in a match all players will be available to substitute, you can make rules for substitutions in the Strategy board but if you dont have a rule and a player gets injured the game will change him for the best available (may not be the best so you should have a strategy planned for that ocasions)

Cheers

Hello Gandre, many old players from SS are still around. I started to play managersim in Kavala (greece) a few months before it ended but it was enough to start a vice that bring me to RS and does not let me leave yet :D

Good luck with Ipswich, hope to fight you in a few seasons :D

I think the admins are planing to change the youth improvement system so its a good thing you posted now, the may use some of your ideas… Do the translation because it is an important matter and everyone should read and discuss.

About the ideas I liked most of them, not sure if manager ranking should influence players development, we need to make the game easier for new managers, not harder.

I would suggest another factor to be considered, player’s stamina, a 100% stamina player should have more chances of improving than a 3% (with 3% stamina a player should be dead lol). It would bring some balance to the players development based on friendly matches…

Cheers

I’m willing to sell Guy Marty almost for free, it must be involved in a trade of players because I can’t lower more his price… If you are interested in him contact me.

Lowered Zurita and Amarante prices too, don’t think you can find players this complete and young for prices like this…

Also some nice players for loan too, take a special look to Neville Beasley, young keeper still improving already with a total 88,4 (84*0,6+95*0,4) keeping skills, control and heading around the same level…

I’ve notice that Islas too, I find it strange he left so cheap. If Alessandro knows how players will become he would not sell that one, at least for that value… It makes the bug theory more plausible…

Lowered all players prices, can´t lower Marty’s because it is already lower than the board allows lol
Emilio Lanza still improving, the others no. Prices take that in consideration…

In real life managers can change the positions some players do but it takes much time and usually many bad performances in the new position. However managers can’t chose which position a player stars his career. In time we should have the possibility of changing position (with much hard work) but I think youth players should continue random. It is hard when you are trying to build a team with players from your academy but it must be hard or we all would be doing that and there would be no transfer market…

The board values your team and compare to the other teams in the competition. They compare a certain number of players I dont remember how many but it is more than 11, so you can have a worse 11 than another guy and still be considered better team because the other guy only have that 11 and you have a more complete team.

Being considered better has some advantages but it can be bad for your board, you need to balance that…

Well you said it all, if people like to sit back and enjoy the work of other people they should join France, no doubt. If on the other hand you like a challenge and hard work join a smaller country, one with new teams rising, where you can contribute for the country growth…

Cheers

Thats exactly why people should join England, seeing a country raise in the ranking because of our performance or building up a strong team without having great youths makes it much more interesting :D
