Yes, thanks a lot for the explanation!!
Obviously it’s not real life logic, but I agree you need some way to gather enought teams for the qualifying round.

Best regards!
Javier.

Ummm…
It’s quite difficult to guess the winners of the International competitions…
Last season I could guess all of them, so i’ll try again:

Champions League:
1.- Hertha
2.- Recreativo de Huelva
3.- Getafe
4.- Manchester City
.
UEFA Cup:
1.- Valladolid
2.- Scunthorpe United
3.- Lyon
4.- Juventus
.
Libertadores:
1.- America-RN
.
Copa Sudamericana:
1.- Gama
.

Good luck!
J.

First, congratulations for CL Championship!!

I really don’t understand your board. We’ve been speaking a lot and it’s really incredible!!

You’ve finished in 3rd position in Spanish League (one of the most difficult), you’ve won Spanish Cup, and when you won Champions League… your board is unhappy??
I cannot believe…

Regards,
Javier.

Yes, perhaps I was lucky but I could guess the 4 Champions!

CL – Recreativo – OK…
UEFA – Blackpool – Ok…
Libertadores – America-RN – OK…
SA – Goias – Ok…
CWC – America-RN ??

Now, I guess America-RN for CWC, even when Recre’s manager is a good friend of mine…

Good luck to both teams!! I envy you A LOT!!!

Regards,
Javier.

Hello friends,

I agree all, it was a great surprise that all the german teams were knocked out of CL!!

My guess for this seasson:

CL – Recreativo or Getafe
UEFA – Blackpool
Libertadores – America-RN
SA – Goias
CWC – America-RN

Best regards to all,

Javier

Hello,

Have a look in FastTicker to the history of this player: Alexandre Gomide.

he is a M-RC player, and during his first season in Rubysoccer he played 65 friendly matches and he scored “minus 510 goals”?? :-)

I suppose it’s a mistake, but perhaps we can avoid more.

What do you think?

Best regards!
Javier.

You’ve finished a weak season with an important title!!

I’m sure you’ll play better in spanish Liga the next season, you’re team is really good!!

And, the next year UEFA and Champions League winners will play in the same league!!!

bufffff…

Best regards!!

Hello,

Have a look to this group if you want to see the spanish (Atletico), french (PSG), italian (Genoa) current regular league leaders and the second best german (Bayern M.) team… all in the same group!!!! Uffff… Incredible teams… Good luck to all the rest of teams, but my Atletico de Madrid will try to pass to next round… I hope… ;)

Hello again,

Thanks for the answer, but I really think that it’s not very logical… Then it’s the same to finish first or second in that groups phase…

It’s only my opinion, of course, but I think it would be better to play the first team of a group against the second team of a different group…

Whats the opinion of the rest of Ruby players? :) Thanks again.

Javier.

Hello,

I’m not sure if it’s a bug, but I’ve seen a strange behaviour in CL after playing groups phase. I’ve seen that it’s better to finish in second place than in the first place of a group, because the winners of every group are playing against them… I think it should be more logical to play the winner of a group against the second place of a different group… right? ;) What do you think?

Javier.

Hello again,

As you know I’m playing in Atletico de Madrid in fastticker and I have a “missed” player in the matches replays, Salvatore Vidal Del Ojo, but he has scored 6 goals this Championship Edition but I cannot find him in the scorers list… where is he?? :)

Perhaps this problem is related with his misterious matches where this player is a phantom…

What do you think?

Regards,
Javier.

Hello to all,

I think it’s a great idea! But I think it’s not very realistic idea. I mean, in the real world unfortunately we don’t have this word cup. And we have to be carefull, because the real great international Cups (Champions League, Libertadores, UEFA, …) can lose a lot of interest if we create a new Super Cup… It’s a difficult decidion… But anyway, I think it can be good idea to allow to the best teams to play against. I propose something similar to Vicente proposed, the first 8 teams of all the current leagues. But we have to allow a place too for the National teams… Do you remember Managersim? there we have National teams and suddenly we lost players for that international friendlies and Cups… :) Best regards!

Ummm…

This plan sounds better… ;) I agree that, a gradually re-balance is different. It’s a good option to apply new changes and to maintain all the hard work we did in our teams. Regards!

Hello again,

Perhaps this is the problem, 2 players with the same name cannot play currently… right?

Hello,

I’ve been replaying my last matches and I really can’t find my second striker in the field… Where is Sanchez?

He is playing “anywhere” because he is scoring, but…

Perhaps the problem is that I have a defender called Sanchez too?

Can you have a look, perhaps we have a little bug here.

Best regards

Hello all,

I’ve been reading all the posts and I totally disagree with those total or partial resets at this moment…

And I’ve read that it’s only to make some adjusts on team squads, game engine, decrease players skills, restart stadiums, …
But, when will have the next reset? … will we lose again or work?

I’m the manager of Atletico de Madrid in FT, and thanks to be connected almost permanently to this game, and after wasting here hours and hours I’ve won lots of titles (except the last 3 seasons…) and due to that I have build up a big stadium and gathered lot of star players in my team. But it’s was after a LOT OF time spent in this game, it was not free…

So that I think that all the managers that are managing big and powerfull teams won’t accept resets, it’s normal, we don’t want to lose all that hard work. While all the people managing average teams will probably welcome all the resets, why not…

Anyway, I disagree all resets. I remember resets in Managersim or even here when this game was starting and I’m still remember how angry I could be… It’s normal, I lost a lot of hard work, time, good players,… But this is only my opinion or my vote. I would accept all the decisions and I’ll try my best again in this game…

Best regards!
