Right now there are too many penaltys per game!
You’ll end up with negative balance, which is not a big deal now, but it will cause problems in the future. I’ll create a bug for that.

Do the players who shot the penalties have good shooting Thiago? If they don’t, more penalties should be scored when you can pick the penalty taker.
Maybe when teams have more expenses.
We could officially do that while we don’t have all countries as long as we find a good way to reuse that to create CL, UC, Libertadores, etc, when all countries are added.
I agree. With 3 more European Countries, CL and UEFA would be exciting, but only Arg/Bra for Libertadores is way too little. A CL/UEFA version including all RS countries is definitly needed. Call it Ruby Champions Cup or something like that, and use only each league’s champion. You know, like Champions Cup used to be, when that name had a purpose. Then use until the 5th or 6th place to make a UEFA-like cup. Bring back the Cup Winners Cup. :)

I’m playing in Brazil, I don’t want to play Libertadores only against Argentina (when we have it).
I think we could just forget Champions League and Libertadores and create a competition with all the countries, similar to these ones. And of course, another one similar to Sudamericana and UEFA Cup.

Let’s say, you have $1.000 of cash, and you start negotiating with two players each one costs $800.
If you buy one of them (now you have $200) but it’s still possible to negotiate with the other player, offering him a contract proposal.
I don’t know what happens if the player accept your proposal.
well, we could arrange that, unofficially. i say unofficially because to do it officially would take time that we could spend implementing one of our top priorities. in fact, i am planning to discuss with gabriel a way for our future moderators to organize competitions. i think that could add a good amount of fun, sometimes :).

for now we are doing our best in trying to implement the ideas for the game logics/functionality. after we finish that, we will sure give more focus to improving this part of the game.

Your tactics came too late ?, well, even over the last 12 matches, my team has taken 34 points from 36. So if the league started then, we would still have won.
Anyway, was a good race. My players are in the pub.
Will the game be giving prize money to cup / league winners ?

About UEFA cup, why not an “Club World Cup” in beta 1?
It could be the 3 first teams in the league and the cup winners. We would have 16 clubs for the cup. It could be divided in 4 groups, just like European Champions league.
It could be named like “Ruby World Cup” or something like that.
It’s just a thought…

When you let a youth player go another one immediately shows up. I’ve also made second division players a little better than they used to be in the beginning, that’s why your recently generated youths have better skills.
I think that’s the reason, let me know if you think I’m wrong.
