Now I’m able to send messages and everything else (like the formations page) seems to be working fine, at least on Google Chrome. Are you still experiencing the problem?
With the current design you’ll have to take him to the competition…if you go past the first round he will probably recover in time to play at least a match anyway.
No, salaries are not affected.
You’re being kind Dhimitri :-)
Yes, tick error, working on it!
Cheers.
No, it’s not just you…I’ve been contacted in-game about this problem and have experienced it myself since today’s morning. I’ve already contacted Danilo so we can discuss it together and figure out what’s going on. While we do that I’m afraid you will have to reload the formations page after each change…sorry :-(
I saw that Filipe, it’s a shame! We could have different periods of inactivity allowed for FastTicker and MediumTicker, counting in ticks instead of days. Makes sense to me.
Dirk got it right. You’ll get another message saying you have 3 turns to change the players in the squad. When the european cup is closer to start you won’t be able to replace players in the national team until the competition ends. The same will happen again when the World Cup is approaching.
No, I don’t think it would be bad for the game. It makes sense to raise this initial stamina a little bit :-)
Dimitri answered correctly to Philipp’s concerns, young players’ value will start to increase and, as Jesus pointed out, new players will already start with a higher value, so you’ll be able to transfer list them by a decent price.
@Jesus: the idea is not that the player will become a Superstar, but that he is young enough to possibly be worth that much. With the new rules, if he was worth 100k it would mean his transfer price could be from 25k to 300k, but being worth 1M raises the possible transfer price to 250k-3M, which is a more realistic range, giving the player age.
Let’s see how this turns out, all these changes are easily configurable so no need to worry ;-)
Cheers!
Cheaters, beware!
Here are some changes that had to be made to prevent (or should I say reduce) cheating:
-Changed player estimated value calculation to consider player age: existing players will have their values updated slowly; the idea is that young players’ value will be a little higher as they usually have a lot to improve whereas older players’ values will be a little bit lower as they are likely to lose skill points.
-Maximum value for transfer price: you cannot transfer list a player asking more than 3 times his estimated value.
-Retiring players cannot be transfer listed (and are removed from transfer list when retirement is announced).
-Limited to 1 the number of players you can buy from the same manager per season.
Some of these changes may seem a little drastic, but it’s better to start with some excessive measures and adjust them later.
Cheers!
Unfortunately when all the statistics are the same (goal difference, goals scored, victories) it is random.
Well, it would be better, but the idea is that new players are not fit when they join the club.
Corrigido!
Just to clarify for the non-portuguese speakers: there was a bug where you could not resign from your club if you had joined a national team less than 36 turns ago. It has now been fixed.
Cheers!
CPU is still too dumb :-(
I’m not sure about the transfer not appearing in the seller’s club history, I’ll check with Danilo if he has any idea.
O motivo é simples, a lógica do jogo está considerando sua contratação como técnico da Turquia ao invés de sua contratação pelo clube atual. Vamos corrigir esse problema em breve, obrigado por nos avisar!
All national team matches have no home advantage, so you don’t need to worry about that.
Added club logo information to national team players page. You can show/hide the logos the same way you hide/show country flags for club players. Let us know if you guys think it is too cumbersome ;-)
Cheers!
Looking into it ;-)
That’s a good point…the new manager gets fired :-(
There were changes to steps 3 to 6…it became:
Random players will be sold and will retire until the balance becomes positive or the team is left with 14 non-youth players, in which case the manager is fired and the team is restrcutrued as described above.
Cheers!
At the start of the season all the players that stopped improving in the previous season are “reset” before starting to increase skills again…the high number of friendlies instead of official matches doesn’t help either :-)
At the end of season some players have already reached their potential for that season, so they don’t improve anymore. This would explain why these emails are less common during that period.
In the team players page you see a small medal with the country flag when the player is part of the national team. The only indication of how many matches the player has played for the national team is currently in the player statistics page. We need improvement in this area, maybe.
I like the suggestion of easily viewing the player’s club in the national team’s player page. I’ll try to do something.
Sent you an email with the lists of names and surnames we currently have for Denmark so you can help us improve it ;-)
Cheers!
Now that the first managers have been hired by national teams it is important to explain how to switch between your club and national team. In the top menu where you see your name and the mail icon there will be an option saying Switch to national team. After switching the option becomes Switch to club. This way you can manage both teams separately. The switch option will soon become an icon.
Cheers!

Yes I did and that was for all cup competitions. Now all the teams in the right column (stronger) and left column (weakest) are shuffled for the draw. There are 2 reasons for that change: make it harder to guess the exact team order and make the draw less predictable.
You can drag your applications in the “My Profile” page to prioritize them. There is no negative effect for applying to several jobs.
Managers fired, transfers between them blocked.
Thanks for all the help!
You’re number one, you’ll get Brazil…will that make everybody drop their Brazil’s application? :-D
Take good care of our beloved national team, don’t be like Dunga, listen to your fellow managers ;-)
I’ve created the whole stuff, I’m applying to all of them…someone need to test it properly…maybe I should give admins advantage on applications…hehehe, just kidding!
