The first team has an average of about 85 points. That’s nothing special. However, it has also an average age of less than 23 years, so they will become stronger. If you want to develop a top team, it’s a good choice!
I’m not a big fan of the grade feature, as I don’t see the use of it. Maybe I’m missing something though. Is there anyone who finds it useful?
Also, I think gamewise it’s a good idea to have a financial bonus for doing well.
Apart from that Soccersim doesn’t have to be a mirror from real life, your statistics just say something about fans of West Ham United.

Last season was the highest average ever for them.

Good that the managers are fired, but it is possible to undo the transfer also?

What abuse are you talking about Dirk? The main use of vacation mode is not to be fired when away more than a week. The other ‘advantage’ is automatically renewing/giving contracts, but I would rather make that decision myself…

I think either the amount of youth players should be lowered, or the way computer teams manage friendlies should be changed. At the moment a lot of young talented contract players do not develop because crap youth players are playing in friendlies. A lot of potential is wasted this way :(

You could also consider Almere, Den Bosch or ADO Den Haag in Holland. The job of getting talents has been done, main job there is to schedule friendlies and to have patience.

I think people using ‘fuck off’ etc. often in the forums should be punished in the game by having worse income, worse youth players etc.

His reserve/youth team played against you, either by accident or to develop the young players faster. There’s nothing illegal about that.
