Em qualquer partida, após o minuto 45, substituir jogador em zona M, lado C e mentalidade 1 por João Rocha.
Any match, after 45 minute, change player in M one, C side, mentality 1 by João Rocha.
Davison has a point, but there should also be an option to “auto-manage” for the people who don’t want to get into the details of training…
what are you settings for the substitution?
For many rounds I’m trying to sub my MC+1 during the game and nothing happens. Until now only in this position that I’m facing this kind of problem.
set it 3 stages rebuilding, est seasons, board demands rebuilt or fires if at the end of rebuilding you have not improved the squad.
have to make it a dynamic manager environment. also have a training type choice ( intense, rest, medium,) and be able to select what you want individual players to be working on in training. i think this is a necessity for this game. seriously its needed.
$4,560,090 now, avg stats 84, but still a good player: 10 goals in his 8 league matches.
ya, those initial bad results, where you transfer a few players and have good potential youth playing, really gets you off on the wrong foot. You start at 50% but before you know it you’re already down to 20-30% at the end of the 1st season… perhaps lower in some cases. :)
Interesting point, maybe we can consider a way to “tell” the board you are doing a long term work as you said Dimitri. I don’t think it can be too loose like a 3 season grace period as Charles mentioned, but it could make the board take it easier on your initially bad results :)
I think that punishing teams filing in younger players should be reviewed. My proposal: Young players gain experience when playing important matches. If the number of matches of a young player exceeds some limit (may be a hidden attribute), he should be considered sufficiently experienced not creating a penalty for the team.
Perhaps a 3 season grace period or something like that. I wonder what repercussions it would have on cheating (if it would curb it or increase it).
a good manager wouldnt get fired even during rebuilding
Most of us know about ‘rebuild mode’: instead of focussing on short term results, you focus on the long term, getting talented young players and developing them. It’s fun to do it, I think, to see how your players become better and better. There is one disadvantage though: since on the short term you lose a lot of matches, the board will think you do very badly. This means that if someone else applies for your club, you’ll be fired.
Imagine how this feels: you put a lot of work in a club, put together a real good squad of talented players, and just before you expect the good results will start, someone else takes over your position and reaps the fruit of your labor. That sucks, right?
Wouldn’t it be better if the board is more tolerant of bad results in rebuild mode?
selling some solid 19 year olds of all types im looking to buy defenders and midfielders that are 21-24 years old must have 90 tackel ( def ) 90 passing ( mid)
Performance: I understand what you’re saying, when you play most of the season against weaker teams it’s much harder to get your ratings up as any loss or draw, any early elimination or position below expectation in the league would drop your performance considerably. Maybe after finishing the economy changes we can rethink the manager performance evaluation process.
Retiring players: completely agree. That should be easier to change :)
Cheers
Again a very exciting season. AGOVV and PSV had the same amount of points with three matches to go, AGOVV was ahead by just two goals. Then they won their next matches with 14-0 and 12-0! Between them and the title was just an away match against Ajax… which they lost 4-2. So by winning the last three matches PSV again became champion!
Also Feyenoord did very well this season by qualifying for the CL by taking the 4th place. They have a very young squad which will probably compete for the title in the near future. NEC for the second time in a row just managed to avoid relegation, but they will probably compete for European football in two seasons. There were also two new managers and decent results in Europe, the Dutch League is doing well at the moment!
So what does the board say? Win the league with 20 points ahead?
First the performance, i find it a bit hard to get this rating up after the latest change. I won the league 5 out of 6 seasons, the cup 3 out of 6 seasons, and been in european group stage the last 10 seasons, i have improved the stadium to 60.000 seats and the bank is above 1 bill.
My current performance rating is 5%!! Im a real life FC Copenhagen fan, and in real life they would be building statues all over Copenhagen of me for this kind of performance :) :)
Just think its to hard to achieve a positive rating now, focussing to much on some issues and not at all on others.
Retiring players: I find it wrong that they would ask for more salary if you fire them in their last year, taking in note that they themselves have terminated the contract already.
You could argue that the transferlist link should be removed, or maybe allow for a low transfer price.

Oi Henrique,
Na verdade o Robert Junior vendeu esse jogador ao Rampla Junios, que na época não tinha treinador.
Abraço

I’m already scared of your team Charles :)
don’t worry guys: the best managers will keep being the better ones and the worst will keep being the worst, no matter what. It was SS and MS law, it will always be RS law. nothing will change.
Many players gone, new ones listed, prices droped… Make your offer:

Me neither Dimitri, considering i changed teams not long ago… but i guess we all gotta take the plunge sometime :)
it’ll change things up a bit as i find things to have been stale for quick some time now. Not complaining about it as i like Ruby :)
The description of the changes suggest it’s a good idea to invest in players now, yes.
I’m not looking forward to the changes, it looks like it will be a whole different game with it. But I’ll see how it goes.
should i go on a spending spree ?
We just finalised our discussions about the changes Gabriel has been working on. It looks like things will be ready soon!
It’s being worked on. I’m finalizing the new concepts and will discuss them with Danilo. The initial idea is that there will be no concept of money balance any more, the board will provide a transfer budget and total wages cap. The level of coaching, scouting, physio and stadium as well as the level of transfer budget, wages cap will be determined on season start based on past season performance and country ranking. The manager will have to decide which of those areas to improve or worsen. Oh, and there is also a level of return on players sold, which is a % of money earned selling players that will be added to the transfer budget.
The stadium will have a different role. The level of stadium will determine the amount of pressure on opponents (currently it’s always -3 on all attributes except for players 31 years old and above) and will provide a bonus for the transfer budget.
Player values and wages formulas will be updated and adjusted according to the new model. The estimated prices won’t be dynamic any more but will always follow the same formula. Managers will continue to be able to decide the transfer price for a player.
I guess that’s it for now. As I said, it’s still being finalized and is subject to changes, but I’m looking forward to putting it in place :-)
Cheers
ok so whats the current timeline. is this just being spoken about or being worked on ? how soon can this be moving forward ?
So many years playing the game something would learn eventually :D Even so my strategy with West Ham is a little diferent, almost all the players on the main team cost crazy money :D
