The rules for applying to class A and B teams have been relaxed. Managers who have won the Club World Cup at least once in their careers can apply to any team and managers who have won a top tier international cup (CL, Libertadores or CCL) can apply to B teams or lower.
In summary:
- A team: you can apply if already managing an A team or if you have ever won the Club World Cup
- B team: you can apply if already managing an A or B team or if you have ever won a tier 1 international cup
- other teams: anyone can apply
TestTicker’s exclusive feature of restricting the teams you can apply for has been rolled out to FastTicker and MediumTicker. That means you will only be able to apply for teams of class C or lower while unemployed, you can only apply for higher class teams if you are already managing a higher class team (e.g. you took your initially D team to class B, so now you can apply to other teams up to B class).
In the players hall of fame you can now click on a player’s name to go to a new screen with additional details for the player. It includes some general information (name, nationality, position), career information (starting season, club, longest stint, etc), awards and statistics for club, national squad and combined.

This is a hot topic I’d say. I’ve heard similar suggestions before, but essentially you are asking non-managed teams to prioritise developing players from human-managed teams instead of using what they have best or developing their own :-)
Class E and F teams are the ones which will look into loans first and pick the best players available for loan that they think would be part of their first 11. For example, they wouldn’t loan a GK from you if theirs was better in their view or they wouldn’t loan an attacker if they had 2-3 better than the ones you’re offering for loan.
Teams with class A to D will also loan players, but they tend to prioritise buying players. If they don’t find or can’t afford what they’re looking for then they will look into loans. We need to be careful in tweaking that so we don’t end up with a better loan market but worse transfer market, if that makes sense.
Hi, we are 4 ticks away from the start of the season, but none of my players up for loan have been loaned out.
I’d expected at least 1 to have been picked by now.
Hard to get official matches for everyone in a squad of 40. Loans in this game are important for team development.
Any chance to tweak it to loan earlier in the new season, and to have a few more get picked up by npc teams?
There is a new section in our Hall of Fame for player records. The World Team of the Season history has been moved to a new tab called Awards and the Players tab now shows information of retired players. At the moment the following records are captured when a player retires and displayed here:
- matches played
- goals scored
- assists
- man of the match awards
- average rating
- top scorer awards
- team of the round awards
- team of the season awards
- world team of the season awards
- player of the season awards
For now only the top 10 players in each category are displayed, but soon you will be able to view additional players for each category as well click the player name to view more details about the player.

Gün Mehmet now has 89 average. That would be 92 average for teams that play agains better teams…
Yeah, they have been experimenting with some weird formations lately. They are coded to try to adapt and vary their formations, but there are not many smarts about it so things like this can happen every now and then.

Bug fixed: the “Welcome to our club” message will once again be sent to managers when their job applications to a team or national squad are accepted during the tick.
Bug fixed: man of the match evolution step can no longer be completed in friendly matches.
Bug fixed: when filtering by international matches in the team matches screen you can now see North American continental competitions. This filter was also simplified to not contain the specific competitions names such as Champions League, Libertadores, etc.
Bug fixed: draws for North American international competitions now take into account the teams’ countries in order to avoid same country matches as far as possible.
Bug fixed: when viewing international cup titles by country the totals now include all teams, including inactive ones.

For me personally this was one of the most useful improvements of the last two years, I use it a lot!
The existing points system for the country ranking does not work for TestTicker in its current format where the competitions are shorter, especially the North American ones. For now I’ve manually fixed the points from season 1 using a new formula that I am planning to automatically apply from season 2 onwards. It awards a team points based on the class of the opponents it defeated or tied with in international competitions, even including the Club World Cup which is ignored by the formula currently in place. If all goes well the new formula may prove to be useful even for FastTicker and MediumTicker in the future.
Wow, very interesting indeed…never seen that happen either. I can see that instead of replacing him with a player in the same position the game added a midfielder somewhere else. I wonder if it just happens for national squad matches…will log it as a bug for us to investigate.

Maybe Leutar got injured before the match, but, in the match replay his position on the field is empty.
The game must’ve replaced him with a healthy player, but in a different position.

My Defender Leutar from Croatia is missing.
He is now currently injured, but in the last Croatia Nationsl Team match, he is totally missing from the match report znd match stats.
Only 3 defenders are listed. I use 4.
Weird.
I do miss that, especially differentiating national squad from club matches.

would be great to have a way to easily differentiate the stats.
League, Cup, Int, National Cups, the Player Statistics page they are all combined. Having a sub menu on that page where we can go to players stats for each of the individual match types.

I have two players who have +3 against better teams. As an A-team, this trait (currently) does not help me. Anyone who can use these players? I prefer a trade (strong player +3 equal/less/international would be ideal)

In general I like the idea of requirements for improving, but I don’t like the situation I am in :) Apart from changing the whole system, it could help if it would be (even more) easier to loan out (for 0% wage).
