Problem with friendlies…… i´ve got a mesage for a friendly invitations, but when i go to invitations i don´t have any.
mail is working now, but there is not highlight for unread mesages.

I have a problem with the replay, too, but different.

I get only a black screen where the replay should be. I use Firefox. Do i need to update my java? or is a game bug?

i was also logging through my iphone 4 from time to time.
up until the upgrade it was almost fully functional (minus formations and such)

well on iphone 3g rs has run well before the update. now i can not access the site anymore – really sad, bc its crucial to me.
when do you expect to have solved the issue?

I don’t know if the menu is suppose to look like that, thats why I said that, if it is I kinda like more the old one :P

O meu jogo desde a actualizacao ficou diferente; todo o menu da parte de cima ficou para o lado esquerdo em azul numa tira preta; nao consigo jogar dessa maneira pois tira me a visibilidade ao ecra

Eu acho que deve ter sido algum erro quando rolou o update.

O Tigre levou 13-2 na Copa da Argentina pq foi com o time totalmente reserva..

Acho que alterou os padrões dos jogos mesmo.

Mas acho que deve estabilizar logo.

Filipe, what is not working about the menu? And the forum is accessible without the need to login. But i’ve added our address there at the main page, anyway.

And about the emails, people have told me about a different problem… will investigate later.

Danilo you should writte that in the improvments page so people can see when they enter the page, if they cant login they wont see this message in the foruns… Some people have the same problem in the facebook group and I guess many others dont know what to do…

Also the email box dont diference the read and unread messages, the messages are there but I dont know wich ones are unread :D

i’ve been cleaning a number of errors related to the upgrade. tried to start with the most frequent ones. hopefully everything should be solid very soon. keep clicking on everything guys! every error that happens is reported back to us. keep trying going to the areas with problems and report to us if the problem persists… or report anyway, if it is an annoying one.

May I also suggest you can use your facebook emails if you don’t have any other email. As I am sure you are all aware (not), your facebook accounts have associated email addresses now. After logging in, you can find out what that address is if you go to http://www.facebook.com/home.php?sk=other … At that page, you will see your facebook email address at the top middle left section of the screen. And it is also that screen you should use to read/reply to received emails… It is far worse than gmail, but it sure does the job.

so you were the one using iphone… :D well, we are developing a mobile interface for ruby, it was supposed to be a surprise. for now it doesn’t work, as you can see. i will disable it (for now) to fix your situation.

Welcome. If you go to http://www.rubysoccer.com/game you see the time to the next tick. 8 hours after that (or 4 hours in fastticker) there is another tick, etc.

Maybe you can add a new menu item for the new feature ‘achievements’. For those who hasnt seen this click on manager name and click the tab on the right hand side of the screen.

I also suggest under menu item competitions/international change label to “national teams” instead of ’teams".

When I go to a particular page of a player I get a code after the name of the player. I guess it has to be an icon.
Same happens in the formation page when you get the box with the stats of a player there are codes in stead of bold numbers in the box.

he has the same email twice, neither of which are showing him what his password was reset to…

Hi Charles,

Thank’s a lot for your help. I’m almost sure that it is the same issue. The problem is that I’m not sure to find with wich email account and possibly cancelled I used to sign in in the begining.
Let’s try to find out and thank’s again Charles :)

Edit :

So thank’s to Charles I found the right hotmail account and I found the 2 messages but now :

both emails are the same, telling me the inconvenience but none of them are giving me a new password :o ! :(
Help !

francois i had the same notion as you when my username and password wasn’t working…

i wanted to create a new user account so i can let danilo know that i couldn’t log in.
during my signup, i realized i hadn’t used my regular hotmail account to sign up since you couldn’t use a hotmail account to signup at the time.

anyways, i realized that i had used a seldom used account of mine to create my ruby login.
i went into that seldom used account and saw 2 emails from ruby.
1 saying my password was reset.
and the 2nd giving me my actual password.

can this be your issue as well?

Hi all,

I’m François Michelet manager of Marseille in fast and Palmeiras in slow and I can’t manage to login with my password.
I noticed there were some changes but what shall I do to be able to login again ?What is this number issued with the reset you are talking about and where can I find that ?
Thank’s for helping me and to cancel this account after I will be able to relog
