Hi,
just saw a team that has 1.2mil in wages for just their top 6 players. Whoever the manager was, is gone, just wondering what happens to balance this up?
Regards,
It should! But we haven’t done it yet..
Hi,
should a Player History also show their loan periods?
Thanks,
Ok thanks for that! Thought it was a possible bug. :)
The formulas for the team of the season award and the star calculation is similar but not exactly the same. It is true that often team of the season players end up becoming gold star players, but as you can see this is not always the case.
Star calculation takes into account player match rating adjusted by a “natural” star factor each player has that can make it harder or easier for them to get a star. In order to earn points towards gold, silver and bronze stars the player has to achieve a minimum match rating. When deciding the gold players for example we only compare the points earned towards the gold star rating and ignore the others
World team of the season looks into the same ranges of rating for gold, silver and bronze star, but takes ALL of them into account with different weighs, making it possible for a silver player (like yours) to receive the award instead of a gold player in the same position.
Hopefully I have clarified it a bit instead of confusing you even more :-)
Hi, looking at the team of the season. Every outfield player is now a gold star (fair enough) apart from my defender! Frans Holwerda who has stayed silver! How is this?
Ohhhhhhhhh. Well that’s a game changer. Thanks!
Your scout searches now have an extra checkbox that can be set for when you want to restrict the results to only players that fit your current transfer budget. Of course that applies only to transfer listed players, if your search includes non-listed, free or loan listed players those will still be present regardless of the “within budget” checkbox.
Another minor improvement was regarding the penalty you get in your scout search progress when you have players in your hotlist without having a corresponding scout report for them. If you have your own players hotlisted without a scout report they won’t affect the progress of scout searches.
That report only tells you the “easiest” way available for a player to improve, there is no way to know if playing matches can already help or not.
So, if a player"can still benefit form training" does that mean there’s literally no point playing him in matches? Do matches provide any kind of help to improving players? Or is it just, let him train, wait, find out he needs to play abroad, loan him out etc etc
Last MediumTicker tick took more than two hours and delayed the international cup round tick of FastTicker (running now). We are still experiencing issues with tick times and are working with our host to resolve them. Please bear with us!
We have a private one, probably a good idea to share the next planned things in some shape or form somewhere. Sometimes we post about them in Facebook, maybe that’s where we can improve communication and give more frequent updates.
Is there a list of things that are being worked on, or a list of improvements that may or may not becoming soonish?
We were taking almost an hour, half an hour is a decent improvement for now :-D
It’s better, but not yet quite fixed I think. The update just took half an hour. It might be that it’s mainly this update (19.00 CET) that is slow though.
Hopefully things are back to normal now. We have been working with our provider and today we’ve migrated our db to a new server which seems to have resolved the issue.
The tick update is often slow lately. For example FT just took 55 minutes to get to 100%.
I think in general features like this (which are convenient but not neccessary) are good paid features.
This one is interesting and shouldn’t be too hard…maybe we can limit the number of active reminders or allow a limited amount of reminders to be created per x turns.
Sometimes I want to do something at a certain turn (loan-list a ‘need international cups’ player for example). It would be nice if you can send yourself a message at a certain turn. And if this is possible, it is a good feature to be rubies-only (though 1 ruby for 1 message would be a bit expensive).
I don’t think you should be able to change traits, unless of course you wish to make more money then do it and I’ll use it! Lol
Some keepers in real life have been known to be useless at saving penalties!
I’ve seen people lose cups due to this trait :-)
This has been suggested to me but with some restrictions. For example, you should be able to do it only once per player and you would not get to pick the new trait, it would be randomly selected excluding the one the player currently has. What do you think?
Bad at saving penalty kicks. Really? Is this necessary?
FFS
Sure would be great if I could use Ruby Points to change traits.
I’ll try some different options and see what works best.
That, or a screen with a list of links to the notes you made.
Or (if it is possible) to give ‘Notes’ a different color when it’s not empty?
Not at the moment, I was giving it some time to see if people would like the feature before spending too much effort on it. Any suggestions on how you would like this indicated? An icon alongside the player name in the list?
Thanks for implenting this suggestion. But I wonder: is there a way to see which players have notes, apart from checking them one for one?
