The tick update is often slow lately. For example FT just took 55 minutes to get to 100%.

Hopefully things are back to normal now. We have been working with our provider and today we’ve migrated our db to a new server which seems to have resolved the issue.

It’s better, but not yet quite fixed I think. The update just took half an hour. It might be that it’s mainly this update (19.00 CET) that is slow though.

We were taking almost an hour, half an hour is a decent improvement for now :-D

Last MediumTicker tick took more than two hours and delayed the international cup round tick of FastTicker (running now). We are still experiencing issues with tick times and are working with our host to resolve them. Please bear with us!
