Welcome to RubySoccer Bruno! I hope you enjoy your time here and get in touch with some managers from SoccerSim.
Cheers

above player sold for 100m thank you for your business
Got it. Thank you guys.
welcome to spain my friend :)
You can sub every other player that i not in your main lineup trough the formation strategies like BK said.
The bench on the formation screen has the following function: if you want to remove a player from your main formation, you can do it by dragging him to the bench. That’s the only function also.
Some great players for sell at Talleres Corboda. Take a look and make your offers!
After a last attempt to win the CL i missed it and desided to leave France and join my friends in Spain.
Anyone who wants a decent team with a nice B team, check out Reims in France.
To the new manager, good luck!
Hey Bruno, there is no “bench” really, you can use “Formation Strategies” to set rules of players being subbed, kind of like ManagerSim, I think I’ve seen your name in ManagerSim so that could make sense to you.
BK
Hi guys,
I’m new here and I’m having a hard time figuring out how to put players on my formation’s bench. I mean, the start eleven is ok but there is a part of that field picture where it can be read “Bench” but nothing happens if we drag and drop players there. I had searched on RubySoccers’ wiki with no sucess. Can someone give a hand on this subject?
Thank you.

Got some oldies listed, but as low as I can go. Just feel bad about just putting them on the free transfer. You can pick them up for pennies…..

Selling everything, best prices in the market.
BK
Your best attacker only made 2 shots on goal, while your other attacker made 5 on target. Leicester’s keeper isn’t that bad, so there is nothing wrong with your result.

giving points to group matches only might not be a good idea, Small countries will never get points because they will not have the team to beat a good “established” team, the only way you can get points if you are a weak team is to face and win a weaker team which will be hard, I think points should be given to qualifing matches (in South America) only until there are 32 teams in group stage. and the only way to have this and to be fair is to have more countries becasue if only 7 countries have 32 teams in group the advantage will always be for Argentina and Brazil.
Gabriel your idea makes perfect sense, I think in real life qualification matches also don’t give points, the actual competition only starts with the group phase…
i would rather like things to be simple… current method of using average points sounds effective and simple…
i don’t think we will ever have a perfect system, because at the end of the day, europe will always have more teams … the only fair solution as i can see is to increase the number of teams to 32 in group stage for south american championships. ( either by having more countries or by increasing the number of clubs for each country)
Why not make an amount that is set before to give away in total. For example;
- Champions League has 32 teams (from grp stage)
- Libertadores has 16 teams (from grp stage)
- The max points for Champions League and Liberadores are {xxxx} points to give away in each cup
- Per win and draw you get an amount of points
- When u win in CL you get for example 3 points in ranking but in Lib you get 6 since there are less teams
The same amount will be given away IF you win everything :) A draw will result in getting less points.
Maybe it’s an option to invole the board expectations in it, so if the expect you to get in to the group stage and u and up in the semi finals you will get some more points?
Just shooting idea’s here.
But getting 10+ teams is only an advantage if they play well, cause the country points is the average of the teams’ points. My suggestion to reduce the discrepancies is to stop giving points for pre-group stage matches and for getting into the group stage, that means only victories or draws during the group stage and following stages would be considered. How does that sound?
Managers fired, reputation reduced, moved to the bottom of the manager ranking. They were warned to not immediately join each others team or the same league, otherwise they’ll just be fired again. heraser can become a GameMaster if he feels he enjoys the job :-)
Nuno Paiva still for sale, wont improve more but still a 96 main skill average player (94*0,6+99*0,4) with 99 control… Tell me where do you find a keeper like this with 24 y.o. for sale :D

Oh, if you plan to win something 84M is something that wont stop you :D
The fun is to be the best :)
Primary is ofc D > tackle, M > passing, A > shooting. The secondaries where i mostly aim for is control and dribble. Goalkeepers is ofc keeping + speed mostly (this determites the stopping power).
Finally a youth keeper… On my 6th season in charge… :)
