game is just shit atm no improvement for 3 months
exactly when you release your vision, you bring people to that mental level it took to create your creation, now since you did the hard part of thinking and creating. its time to improve on even that pinnacle thought you once had to create your creation. i take this standard towards the music i create. same standard at my Ice hockey skill, my paintings, my Job as an EMT self development. :)

like i said, ill stir the shit so some sort of response is made. we all understand that your career as is everyones, more important than this game. forsure. however we all know your up to task and hope for the best. when i see a game such as this fail its potential i get upset. many levels. i think you and the game developers are better than this. so i will always stir it up so shit gets done. i wish i knew how to make such a game or id do my self mate. but since you have the means. get it done. i think you did what the romans did and spread too thin.. too many clubs, ect. i ask my fellow community managers to fill up the populated leagues to the full. i take exception for those that are managing there real life beloved clubs. the rest can fill in the gaps i think
what we need to do is fix the game before we do anything else. make this a managing game instead of sign on and look at what your team did by itself

how about this …. fuck scouting improve youth development give us a full youth team we can get rid of those we want, now remember theres wage limits n shit, so not every player you want to sign will be able to be signed due to some managers dumb wage offers ( me excluded im on lv1 wage by choice)
the ability to personaly pick areas to improve youth would be better, and yes coaches focus on things to train this game has fuck all coaching imo

it was widely known he was going to be a superstar at young as 15. so ya thats bullshit. a Scout needs to do thier job we spend these points for the level we request. how the fuck can a 10 scout get the same accuracy as a 1 scout ive found this out and i have realised it was dirived so fast that it makes sense that this is really something that is ment to seem like something but really does fuck all.

i think the scouts were put in place to make it SEEM progress was being made. so far i agree with alex. if your going to do something then do it right…. am i wrong ? i hope that a simple mistake was made with these scouting reports. at least make them consistant
