Ok I wait for your mail…. but I think that this references should be public… not yours…. but the game references….
If a player have 100 passing and for example 80 dribling he should pass more and dribble less….
In conclusion I have seen in the match teams with players withs secondary great skills and poor firts skills (less 90) having a lot of sucess and I think that should be affected by some factor…. if not it´s better to have a defender with 85 tackling and the other skills 90s… is not very realistic….

Well… I´m happy to see that some players are concerned with the game future.
As I initiated this topic I would like to resume some ideas…
Firts I think that it´s general that it´s very important that the game has to be fun…. and for that the market it´s very important….
Like someone has said here the difference between human player and non Human players it´s huge… therefore or this number is readjusted or the non human teams has to be very active in the market… because they are the most…. I like the Paulo Marzionna’s suggestion… non human strong teams will buy more good players (all kind of players… youths and veterans and “mediums”)…. about the allowing bids on non transfer listed players… this is possible to do with a direct message.
The youth player I agree with some idea that I already saw in this forum… should appear randomly (and I think that now it´s better that in the past – Only south american good players)… and the development should depend of the ranking team, manager and countrie… and of corse the coaching department….
About new players they will come when the game is better and that it´s our responsibility….
Finally, like I said in the begining of this topic to increase the reality in my idea it´s urgent to get prize moneys…. (ex: 1st league place 2M 2nd-1.5M etc… all the teams slhould have some prize money)… Yes I know Filipe "the most successful teams " will have more money than the others yes it´s true but the others will want more reach that place….
About cheating…. I think we already have more rules to anti-cheating than cheaters…

I am not saying people should get away with cheating, really.
My concern is limiting the game just to prevent cheaters is going to be bad for the development of the game.

And one more time I have to say cheaters have to be BAN… I don´t know how you know who is cheating…. but if if you know why the cheatrs are not Baned……………….. I don´t understand….

Filipe I agree with you but if you do that the player identified as a cheater will erase that acount and start another one…. And you say that its dificult to find… it´s more or less the same thing…
Just one point: If the principal areas are dependent of manager ranking… like the grow of youth player and the appearance of new youth players… instead of countrie ranking (I saw that the managers that are identified are playing in the strongest leagues…) when a player is baned and start a game from zero he will have more dificults to cheat…. I know the new players…. like in the real life a new player have to work more and wait from the failure of the top coaches to get that position…. this can discourage players to cheat… I think… and gets the game more interesting mainly from the players from weakers leagues …
Summary…. For me cheatears is to ban…. and with some rules we can wait that it´s not interesting to came back….

Like I already say in other topic…. forget the cheaters… and the rules to anti-cheating… if someone have cheat that person shoul be ban… end of storie… if can back with other acount ban again, and lets make this a better game with better solutions…. Its Urgent review the system of youth players (in a few seasons we will had only south american and French players)…. the value of the players (some players with the same average have stupid diferent values)… and so long….
If we have a better game more players will play this game…. and the cheaters will desapear…

In the league matches you play with weak and strong teams…. thats the point I think…. and you will have allways other strong teams to play the friendlys….

I agree with you in everything… mainly in the influence of manager ranking in the development of new youth players…
I would like to warn that with the actual system the most of the teams in the weak countries only have south american players (mainly Brasilian and Argentine).
I hope that the ideias of Welington wil be applied.

About the example its not the same thing, the growth of a player is variable and in reality is also like that….
In my point of view, this is not a question of justice, Big teams… Big players…its like that… the smaller teams to have the best players have to pay more wage… have to work to be bigger teams….
This rule protects small teams but unprotect media teams…. and if the sistem can do the average of all the players in a team… I think that the sistem may have a factor (not random) to decide if the player “want” to go for a big club.
One more thing, small teams in countries with high points have very good new youth players… and big teams in weak countries dont….
One more time I think this game have a lot o potencial but needs to get another vision of some subjects…

But again I have to say that a game should have defined a set of rules and not a lot of secrets… compared to the reality that make no sense …
And worse usually this happens with teams without a coach and that makes even less sense…

I dont have problems with rules… I never cheat… but when I play a game in the internet… or pc or console I hope that the games are like the reality or more iqual as posible… and this rule its the oposite…. and I think that limit the tranfers because the cheating is stupid because who wants to cheat…. it always cheat…. if the rules to anti cheating don´t afect the normal way of the games I agree… but in this case I think that afects the quality of the game…. and its not clear the anticheating…. why one transfer… if I want to buy 2 player of the same team… I can´t… why? we already have the limits of the prices of the transfer… that its very good thinking to the anticheating…. this not…

Cheating… maybe its better close the negotiations…waths the cheating in make 1 or 2 buisness with the same team… or 10… why the note only apears when we are closing the contract with the player???
