I suggest a maximum total wage amount for all your players. So you can’t have a total of wages above this amount.

For example: max amount 450k every 3 turns
If you have already wages for 410k, you can’t give a wage above 40 k

Then managers are free to determine their wages, but there is a protection against insane wages.
You can give one player a 100 k wage every 3 turns as long as the maximum wage amount is not exceeded.

I think a 15 k wage for each player (so 30 players in total) , what makes 450 k in total , is a good total wagecap.

You always have players with a wage of 5K so you can use the diffirence (15K – 5K = 10K) for wages higher than 15k.

For my team in mediumticker I can live with the situation, but in fastticker it’s not so good.

Fastticker

My team is balanced with 8 R, 8C and 9L.

But when I look to my A-squad it’s not that good.

3 Defenders → ok with some replacements
4 Midfielders → 3x L and 1x R (no single C player)
3 Strikers → 3x L

I’m especially worried about my forwards. 7 forwards in total (2 are loaned) and 2x R, 1x C and 4x L

So I will choose for option 3

Maybe we can’t place our players at the place they had before but then we have some alternatives when a player is injuried or suspended.

It never can be good for everyone but if the sides of the players are well balanced per zone no one can complain.

The crazy wages with transfers are a problem indeed. I don’t know what you can do about it.

But for good youth you just need some luck. I had 2 seasons without one very good youth player and at the moment I have 2 80+ youth players. One already has a contract now.

Santamaria was suspended for the leaguematch against Torino (Tick 66 mediumticker)after taking a yellow card in tick 63. Now I see that he is also suspended for the leaguematch in tick 69. So he is suspended for 2 matches. Is this possible?

I think that it’s also important to stipulate manximum transferprices for example 3x value.

player with value 1 200 000 → max transferprice of 3,6M
player with value 400 000 → max transferprice of 1,2M

Now there are some ridiculous transferprices which will cause bankrupcy.
(To me) a maximum transferprice can solve this problem. And the transfermarket will be honnest again and smaller teams can buy good players.

Wages

For the wages I think Hugo is right. They’re much to high. I suggest that (after reducing them like Hugo said) you stipulate a maximum wage proportional to the player’s value.

For example
value 100K till 200K => max wage 2K
value 200K till 400K => max wage 3K
value 400K till 600K => max wage 4K
and so on…

Maybe the values aren’t ok but it is the idea that counts.

Then you don’t have wages like 50K

When players are transferlisted, you can’t offer above this maximum wages. Then you don’t have all these high wages.

The filter function with the fixtures is very practical. Maybe you can fix an identical filter for the player history. Then I can filter and see how many goals my players have made in the league, in the cup and in the Champions league. And not the total of the goals in all leagues.

The same here. I know I don’t have the best GK but my attackers are good. And my shooting is on short.
The previous season I used the same tactics and scored enough goals and now they can’t score even one. If it’s just one game it’s ok but I’m a little desperite at the moment. Already looking at the next season.
I hope my CL will be better.

I find it difficult when a youth player asks for a contract to give him one or not when he has not improved yet. I know this is part of the game and everyone has probably the same problem but maybe you can give a hint if a player is a new talent or not. Then we know that we can expect big improvement or not. When there is a board they can do it perhaps. It’s only a suggestion.

The Title is for Cagliari in what we can call the Year 1 after Commanche.

I had a very good season. Much better than expected.
It was a great battle with Atalanta which I won in the games against each other.
