so that formula is wrong cause in the wikipedia says that header and dribble has influence for the goalkeeper during the game. so i think you can´t calculate in this manner the keeper skill.
play this game and read the forum. This is common knowledge. I think in this case it’s on the rubysoccer wikipedia page
how do you have access to these “formulas”?
Hank, please let me know if your formation problem still happens. I’ve applied a patch to the code to test (I didn’t have enough time to reproduce your problem locally, but I have my theories)
yeah, this happened bc your browser’s language is set to en-us not en, and for some reason rubysoccer’s fallbacks (we don’t have a specific en-us translation, just en) were not working. try now please – it worked here in firefox, after i applied a small adjustment in the code.
translation missing: en-US.datetime.distance_in_words.about_x_hours where ist should show when the post was made ect
Will have a look. Anyone else experiencing this problem?
Hi Danilo.
No I’ve been at Liverpool in Medium ticker for over one season and at Barcelona in Fast Ticker for 2.5 seasons.
I’ve had to re-insert players twice into my main (default) squad and to my backup squad once in Fast Ticker. At least once with default squad in Medium Ticker.
On my Fast Ticker team, I had 5 formations. 3 of them were cleared. In Medium, I had 3, two of them were cleared. It’s so random.
Nothing has changed from my game play or any settings on my computer that I know of.
Again as mentioned, all the players were removed from the field but my selected kickers were still there and my subs were still scheduled.
Davison, why do you think the forum time posts are bugged?
have you recently moved to a new team?
Not sure if any one else experienced this but in both Fast and Medium, some of my formations were completely blank, including the default tactic in both worlds. The tactics and subs were saved but all the players were removed from the field. I had to reinsert them.
forum time posts bugged
the unread email blinking is faster, true :) will fix this later, as it is minor and I should be slepping :D
fixed the history. also fixed the forum formatting… the apost in i’m should be ok now (along with other things)
Nop, 60%keeping+40%speed=91,2
Isn’t that 90.2 average keeping skills? Or how did you calculate it?
Will investigate this one…
Awesome! cheers
Please adjust matchs’s time to what it was.
Thanks
Another one, the international competitions have been removed from team/player’s history both in the “Normal” and “Detailed” sections…
Ceylan Mehmet, Middlesbrough main keeper is now open to negotiation. I’ll sell him for the best proposal, probably this season, if not, the beginning of the next.
Contact me in the game, but remember, he’s a 91,2 average keeping skills with many seasons to play. The kind you wont find in the market and not that easy to develop from young…

In addition to that, just listed Pablo Pineda, young defender close to become a top one!
Both Ipad and Iphone are working with the drag and drop system in formations! Only thing you have to do is drag the symbol of the player you would like to change and not the playername, again very good job Danilo!!
Not sure if it is a bug, but since your change Danilo the “Unread email” button seems to have drunk to much red bull :P
i tried it and it works. you need to tap the players icon not the name for it to work.
i cant move players :(
well, fixed all the bugs found during these initial moments… a full production tick ran successfully as well, so hopefully we’re not going to have too many other problems :) time to go to bed down under, let me know if you find any other issues!
yep, i noticed that… already working on it. thanks!
hi danilo,
tick seems to be stuck at 5% and its been about 30 minutes or so that its stuck at 5%…
Also noticed the forum formatting for apostrophes… That one is minor, will investigate later.
Just put a workaround in place – it should be enough for now, though. The real fix will make the system slightly faster, as the workaround I had to implement was to leave you guys with a fat dev version of the library in place instead of the lighter production version of it.
