Searching players is part of the fun but we also don’t want to make it easier on purpose, so you guys feel the need for a scout ;)
As always, we can change that if most of you guys think it’s a good idea.

I normally use the Chrome browser to access RubySoccer, but just now I used IE7 and was unable to accept the friendlies. I didn’t try refusing, or accepting without choosing the formation. Could be a coincidence that this is the first time I had a problem with it, but thought I’d flag up that it could be a browser issue with IE.
By the way, thumbs up to the changes on this page, must easier to use when it works!

i also find player searching myself hard. i think luc means that you should be able to select not only the position to order from up to down but also tackle/passing/shotting/and the rest of the stats.
If i search a player with high control in attack, then i have to order it by position and then try to find the one with the highest control.
And
I believe the reason for the difference between MediumTicker and FastTicker is that the first one requires more patience for player development, the stadiums are smaller so there is less money currently available and maybe even the manager’s style is different between the two dimensions.
You mean in the transfers page? For advanced searches you should have a scouting department. Is that what you meant or did I misunderstood you? :)
Have these ever been reset. Why such a big discrepncy between the two games. eg salaries, player stats etc
Please can you consider the option of selecting the type of player for sale,free or Loan.
Alternative would be the ability to select on the primary or sec stat as you do in the players list window
Makes searching for a specific player so much quicker and easier

One of my substitutions is this: “In any match, after the minute 50, if we are ahead by 3, replace polayer in zone A, side LC e mentality 0 for ….”
I won the match 2-1 but the substitution was done.
The Country Ranking page now has a next season preview table displaying the scores for the following season considering the team’s performance in the current season so far.
Just for the record I’ve already reversed the transaction Hank is referring to. There was also another similar problem reported and solved. If you see something strange feel free to contact us in game or in the forums.
This was a serious security flaw we just had, Hank, caused by our new server structure (which is being worked on). We apologize for the inconvenience and we will solve all the problems that were caused by it (just send a message to us).

Our new provider has answered a support ticket and migrated rubysoccer to another machine. That is why we had some unavailability some minutes ago. We will run the tick now.
Rubysoccer is a pretty non-standard app. As you guys can imagine, we have some really high cpu usage, during the tick. So it is normal to have to open a support request to ask for our providers to change us to another machine because our neighboors are also using a lot of cpu – and in that case we just can’t live in the same house.
Maybe now that rubysoccer is starting to get more users (and maybe more donations) we will be able to pay for a more dedicated service. But for now we will continue doing the best we can, I hope we can normalize the situation asap.
We were experiencing problems with our host last week, so we are trying out a new one since Friday. This is not a final decision yet and feedback like yours is important to help us deciding what to do. I agree that the site is not as good as it used to be. :(

The site is being buggy and slow. I just wrote a mail and when I wanted to send it I got an error. I assume the mail wasn’t send out.
I’m getting it more and more these days. that I either have trouble logging in or it is just all very slow. It didn’t use to be like this. Is there anything being done?

same here in medium ticker. When the tick was loading in Fast ticker, the medium ticker after quite some time open a different team…. so far no problems with my squad, if somebody got access to my team….

Yes, this is a very serious security flaw. We are trying to understand what happened, I’ve tried a couple things. We consider this critical but right now we can’t say we can 100% focus on that… :( Sorry for the inconvenience, guys.

Same problem here in medium ticker. The page opened my Torino but when I wanted to see the new groupstages page I got the mailbox of your Bielefeld Danilo.
I had to log out and log in again to get my own team. I don’t use a network.

Ok even my name has changed on here. Its calling me Hank Wood which is NOT my name!
The same has happened to me. Im suppose to be Milan in Medium ticker only now it keeps bringing up Reggina! Whats going on??
