It happens alas. However, I think only higher ranked managers can take over. There’s a good chance the top 61 managers are not looking for a new club.

But if someone wants to take advantage from me trying to solve a bug, so be it….(probably would quit the game straight away then, but hey … :P )

Wow, just lost my final match of the competition because i was playing with my youth squad ( i was already qualified for europe and could not go higher nor lower) but i went from 10% to 4%! Don’t get me fired or replaced Gabriel ;)

i just got booted in the semi-final of the Euro leaugue, far above goal though. Performance went down 1%. Didn’t get a boost for it, did get -1% less for losing the match. Same as for the league, +1 for a win and -1 for a los, no bonusses for achieving your goals.

In medium ticker for the new season I was suprised to see i have no board points to spend. Plus i saw that my coaching level dropped from 10 to 7, Physiotherapy 1 to 0 ,Scouting 2 to 0
Stadium 7 to 5 , Total wage limit 8 to 7, Money from players sold added to transfer budget 1 to 0
The Board Expectations last season both for league and cup were " improve the squad ". Well all my squad of 30 players were improved during last season and team finished 2nd and promoted to super lig form lig a.
Aditionally the board performance increased to %77 from %30 +
I dont understand why my board points dropped after a season where the team exceeded board expectations.
It’s a thing that should change in the game, the keepers have way too much influence in the game. Obviously they are important but he way it is right now its almost ridiculous, if you have a top keeper you dont mind if you have weak defenders cause you know that most of the time the attackers wont score. I really think its a thing that should change a little bit.
There are many other aspects to be considered besides player quality and stamina. Home and away factor, tactics, or even luck.
In this case I think the most important one may have been luck, if you used the same teams as in the first match, and you also made more shots you could be wining the match, home factor and luck may explain this one, the nice keeper may have helped with that luck factor. Keepers are very important in the game.
About all the other matches I would recommend some tactics change, dont know for sure cause i never tryed something like yours but seems to me it can explain some of the weird results you’ve been having.

But then the number of chances should have been way higher because people with stamina of 49-70 shouldn’t be able to walk :P
Because the Cordoba keeper was playing perfectly (10.0). And it was a away game.
I was told last time i was losing 7 matches in a row, it was because of my bad stamina (88-93).
I even lost to relegationcliubs. Now i am in the quarter finale of the eurocup against Cordoba.
My team has the better prime skills and i think in secundary skills we are equal, and my stamina was all above 96.
His team:
99(GK) 68,49,66,66,90,72,78,97,90 and 81.
As said i was losing big numbers against inferior relegation teams due to stamina. How is it possible that i lose 1-0 against a team that should be nearly dead according to this wisdom?

They have not reach 90 main skill as you ask, but I’m pretty sure they will soon. For level 10 coach I can make you the best offer: I’ll renew the loan contract at least one time no matter how good they become. You can keep them almost 2 seasons even if they reach 100 main skills.

I would like to create an U20 league of 8 or 10 teams, using the friendlies to make a private competitions to make play our youths :
We could make 4 matches against each team (total 28 or 36 matches)
Rule will be simple :
- using friendlies matches
- putting in the squad players between age 16 and 20
That will start the season 85

Don’t like the first point so much though. Then you have a good player, and you see the whole world bidding on him, while you don’t want to sell him for any money (or “money” as it is these days).
Hmm, you should only have such a bad performance if you’re having bad results against weak teams or not satisfying the board objectives when knocked out of a competition or after last league match. Similarly you should have performance boosts when overachieving, which seems to be your case. Can you follow your performance after each match so we can have a better idea of what’s going on? We don’t store a history of performance changes unfortunately…
The only logic behind the matches in the international cups is to pair teams qualified in first against teams qualified in second and avoid same country matches if possible. Same pairing happened to me this season in Libertadores. I know it is not ideal and we may look into it again in the future, but definitely not a priority at the moment :-)
Hmm, under 20s leagues would be an interesting way to boost youth players development…and having a separate, non-managed under 20s squad from where you could pick players for your main squad also sounds like an interesting idea. The youth investment area is likely to be implemented in the future for an effect similar to what we had in SS/MS, allowing the club to have more than 6 youth players in the squad. And if we go ahead with a under 20s squad it could have more interesting effects!

First point: agreed, this has been discussed before and sounds like a good idea
Second point: I understand your goal with that, but as we only allow the current manager to negotiate a new contract when the player has 36 turns left we would have to change the timing of things if we were to allow such pre-contract negotiations.
Third point: I’m afraid I’m with Filipe on this one, I know the bot teams are usually stupid but letting you buy players like that from them wouldn’t be a great improvement on gameplay…

i agree with the first but from the moment the coach agrees to transfer the player, he must go to the transfer list for 3 turns, like the others transfer listed players or this would be a “door” to the cheaters.
