Teasdale is not 34 he is 24 and his average skill is 90.14
I know that his price was a little elevated, but like you said, who cares..

had about 2 billion on my bank account, and really not worried about the price, I have been following this player for a while and I do not regret paying that much for him, I am building a competitive team, and still have some money on my bank account, and I will still be looking for some good players, if I really want them I am not afraid to pay top $$ for him, it is not a “cheat” I would call it an “Investment” this is my first season back from Ligue 2 and if you look at the transfers I have done and what I posted last season I am looking for excellent players to have a spot in international competitions for next season and compete in them (champions preferably) I personally think Teasdale is one of the best Midfielders in this game and a big plus is that he is young, when I purchased him his value was more than 500M I do not expect him to improve any more, but I do expect to play him in every match. I am trying to build a competitive team, and trust me, money is not an issue. I will try to get the better players available and money will not stop me, I have plenty of it to spend.

I personally do not think doubling wages is the way to fix this, there could be other ways, (better coaching structures, stadium upgrades, travel charge for away games, etc) but not player wages, what about teams that are in lower divisions and a player is asking 100k as a wage but the board will only allow 60k then that team will loose that player, not all the teams are billionaires, (my account, Money: $1,901,075,455 (excellent)). I have raised lots of money by selling players, I have given up results and focused on developing young players and selling at decent prices. I just think that wages are getting crazy now and if thins continues then no team will be able to make any money when they sell a player because by the time someone sells a well developed 25 yo, the investment in wage for that player would be too much a player makes 70k for 3 seasons (= 10M in 3 seasons) next renewal comes and the player asks for 140k for the next 3 seasons (= 20M for the next 3 seasons) you just invested 30 million in developing that player, and then guess what, you sell that player and you have less profit that what you think. Now just imagine if a team has 11 players that he has developed (or purchased ) that team will have to gather 300 Million in 6 seasons just for player wages. Do the math, it does not make sense to me.

I remember him,

he was developed in my team (Gueugnon) I knew he was good but never expected to play that well, and you got him for only 5M, I will use this so advertise dome of the the players that I have for sale, that as well as Sutter may become excellent players. everyone is welcome to look at my players and if you can put an offer for less than the transfer price we can always work something out.

I agree with Davison, the players should have some kind of “Personality” and they should be able to tell you if they are not happy playing in your team or if they feel adapted in the current team they are in. I think this would make the game more “realistic” and interesting.

Last season (63) Gueugnon was promoted from Ligue 2 to Ligue 1 in France, this season (64) Gueugnon has won its first Championship!!!, with 1 game left of the season and 5 points ahead of 2nd place , my team went from being Ligue 2 Champion one season to being Ligue 1 Champion the next. It was tough and want to thank Grenoble manager Bruno Couto and Brest manager Guus van Bohemen, there was a tough battle between the 3 managers to reach 1st place the entire season, and I admit that they do have really good teams.

This is my first major title for me, and hope that it’s not the last, next season Gueugnon will be able to compete in CL and I will try to be as competitive as always.

Rennes lost 0-10 against Grenoble

this seemes a bit strange, Rennes used youth players for the first time in the season, and has never used them again….
this seemes bizarre to me, specialy because Rennes can still fight for international spots. or was it to just favor Grenoble and not let them loose points to fight for the title?

Very unrealistic,
Rogério Ribeiro
sold for 80,000,000 Transfered from Blackburn Rovers to San Lorenzo, he is good, but in the current market, this is way too much….. 80M, hopefully we dont see this very often.

Revilla, just a correction In both FTand MT there are 936 teams each, FT has 140 Managed teams, and MT has 130 managed teams that seemes to be more than “50 active players”.
I also agree with the transfer market problem, i think there should be something done to help “smaller” teams get extra money, Also, I was thinking about the way money is spent, for example, the only way a team can lose $ is (without purchasing new players)
1. Player Wages
2. Staff Departments (Physiotherapy, Coaching, Scouting)
3. Ground Maintenance

And the only way to MAKE money (without selling players)
1. Tickets
2. Merchandise
3. Sponsorship

IMO the way the game is set up, you acctually spend more money than you earn, I do not know of a single team (RS) that has made millions with out selling players, (that seemes to be the only way) I do know of teams that made and keep on making millions and they keep selling players left and right. the way the market is now (with the recent changed to the COMPUTER managed teams) this will only go down, just think about it, a few seasons ago the best player of the game (IMO the history of the game) Alberto Phillippe (Tigre) went from a value of a Few Hundred Million to $122,790,547, this in not nessesary good but because of the desperate need of some teams to sell, they are willing to sell players dirt cheap and that is not good for the game, I guess we just passed a period of INFLATION and hopefully we start seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.

Hello,
Sorry I Didn’t respond to this sooner, I just didn’t see this post until today,
I am the manager of Gueugnon, and I am here to say that there is nothing “Fishy” going on.
Regarding the 11-0 result:
At that point of the season (with 6 league matches left) I was already meant to relegate, and if you can see my progress with youth development I am a believer that my team can generate my own players, so I try to develop youths all the time. With no way to go but to Ligue 2 the following season, I decided to use my “alternate” lineup that was made up of players from 17 to 20 years, the purpose was to develop them and since I had no aspiration to stay in Ligue 1, it was a great opportunity to give my players some well needed experience and skill points.
If you look at my team now, most of my experienced players are for sale and for loan, the reason is that I want to develop my youth and the only way to do this is to give them playing time, if I do not plan on using my already developed players, then I can either loan them or sell them and get some $ from them.

Prices Lowered at Gueugnon (France, Ligue 2) players from 25-27 yo that will be in your team for 7-10 seasons. I cant belive I am selling them that cheap. If you like a player and will like to offer less for him, as long as my board allows it, I will go lower.

A lot of Good young players for sale at Gueugnon, willing to negociate. Take a look and let me know how much are you willing to pay for a player you are interested in, if its less than the list price I am willing to go lower, need some cash and the only way to do it is to sell good players.

well, like I said, let me know how much you want to pay.

I only start with High prices because I dont want to place the player in the TL for 10M and have then someone bids for himand he is gone. ignore the current price You tell me how much you wnat to pay for the player.
