The title says it all. I play in mediumticker and the last 4-5 season it’s almost impossible to buy star players on the market. The only ones there are overpriced 33-34 year olds.
Let’s say you put a players on transfer list. The cpu evaluates him at 18$ million, and you put a price at 15$ million. Automatically, you will have cpu teams making you an offer for him. I think this caused a big flow of cash to go to everybody controlling a team since selling players was never this easy. So with everybody having money, nobody wants to sell anymore, hence the money is losing it’s value.
Flávio Galante is suspicous agains
look at his transfers at Grenobe…….since he joined them he only sold and bought players to river plate, and he got bad players river plate got good ones, but he tried harder to hide his transfers to make them look legitimate but they’re not..
Flávio Galante => Cleithon Rover. Jon Mitchell 4600020 Transfered from Grenoble to River Plate
8 Flávio Galante => Cleithon Rover. Paul Lee 5490204 Transfered from Grenoble to River Plate
8 Flávio Galante => Cleithon Rover. Martin Ashworth 13920570 Transfered from Grenoble to River Plate
8 Flávio Galante => Cleithon Rover. Matthew Webber 4013320 Transfered from Grenoble to River Plate
6 Cleithon Rover. => Flávio Galante Mark Fitzgibbon 9093816 Transfered from River Plate to Grenoble
6 Cleithon Rover. => Flávio Galante Fabricio Verón 3561418 Transfered from River Plate to Grenoble
6 Cleithon Rover. => Flávio Galante Emanuele Gardella 5647825 Transfered from River Plate to Grenoble
the four players that were sold to river are worth almost the same price as the 3 that were sold to grenoble but the 4 players (mitchell, lee, ashworth and webber) are a lot better than the other 3…..IT IS NOT A FAIR EXCHANGE
will the ticks be back to normal time as they were before
quality players at a decent price…prices are negociable
it would be nice to get an update from the administrators about this… I know that it’s been discussed before but I would just like to know where it all stands…is there any way possible to avoid this
2 season in a row I’ve faced 2 teams from my league in the champions league group stage…3 out of 4 teams are from france, that’s too much, and we as a league lose points by playing between us
Is there any way that I can get back a player that I fired by accident just this second ? It really sucks cause there is no way I would fire a very promising young player, I wanted to offer him a contract renewal but somehow it ended up firing him which is the last thing I would have done. Can I at least have the option to sign him on freetransfer like the other clubs.
Take a look at Rennes, I got very good players (both 80+ and 90+ in their main skills) for sale in the price range from 5 to 25 million………all prices are negotiable
I wish I knew about this rule change before, I would not have sold my 30+ year old defenders. But I’m all for doing a -1 penalty for 29-30 and -2 for 27-28
I just want to make sure. If you play at home all your players get a +3 while playing away all players under 31 get a -3 ?
I have a idea for the newspaper. Instead of just writing the results, someone can do an article from time to time about the situation in the league or a specific team. Like if they are 3-4 teams fighting for one spot, we can talk about that, what their chances are etc. Or if some team is doing unexpectedly good this year or bad for some reason we could write about that also. I’ll be glad to do a couple of articles during the season for the French league in MediumTicker (where I’m playing at the moment).
this could be a good idea mostly cause when you increase your stadium capacity, you can never get back the cash invested by selling tickets at this price….
for example 100 seats cost 400 000$….
400 000$ / 100 seats = 4000 a seat
4000 / 10$ = 400
a seat cost is 4000$ and a ticket brings only 10$ a seat so you need 400 matches for the 100 extra places to cover the expense
It would be nice if we can have interviews with managers like we did in soccersim, ask a couple of questions about expectations, teams strengths, who are your main rivals etc. …I saw that something new called press releases is coming, I don’t know if its got anything to do with it…..
What ever happened to this idea ? (read the conversation above)
It would be interesting to add numbers for players beside their names where the flag is…I’d like to see my GK have a no 1 or my best striker no 9 etc.
Hajduk (Croatian club) and of course Croatia
how come that ticks in mediumticker just changed….i’m in north america and until a few days ago my league matches were always on a tick that was at 6pm now it’s on the next one at 2am
so will this be arranged any time soon or will you keep the white ones
I just wanted to ask if it’s possible to switch back to the black colored numbers in the players menu once you colorize. In the new version the numbers are white when you colorize to look at your players grades, but sometimes it’s hard to see the number, especially when players have ratings above 90….IMO black was a better since it was more visible
About the subs, I have a issue too…..last match I was putting a tactic saying that if I’m ahead after 60min then change on of the attackers and put a defender in but what happened was that at about 30 minutes one of my defenders got injured so for him came on the defender that I wanted to put in a sub if I’m ahead. Well I was ahead, but since the player was already on the field, the only thing that the system did was to put my attacker in defense cause there was no sub for him.
so will something like this be a real possibility in the near future
yeah but a lot of those 4-4-2 are not a classic 4-4-2, same as the 3-5-2, it only says that cause you put 4 defenders but most people playing with 4 defenders play a 1-3 or a 3-1 in defense….it’s only 4-4-2 on paper but in reality it’s far from being that if you look at replays
Has anyone else noticed that a lot of managers use very weird tactics and they’re actually winning with them. I have see numerous people who clog up the middle with some weird 3-1-1-2-1-1-1 tactic. A lot of manager don’t even put wingers or full backs, in what universe would something like that work? Do I even need to mention the CPU-controlled teams tactics…
I’m all for doing something like that.
I’m one as well (fulltest) and I can confirm that 3 of my friends playing in the in Mediumticker are also former soccersim/managersim
