A little extra question here. If a 18 year-old player haven’t been played at all and therefore haven’t recieved any experience points is bought, what happens with his potential growpoints? Will he then be able to improve e.g 45% of total skillpoints in one season (15% for each age 16-18) or will he just keep on growing to a later age?
Definitely a YES vote from me. Lets bring back the fun in youth development.
This sounds very interesting indeed. No more loaning out great youngsters only to be placed on the bench. When can we expect this feature to be implemented?
Hi,
It would be great to add a way to determine wich of several clubs you wish to loan your player to. It is only fair and realistic to let the manager decide wich club to loan to.
Kind regards
The option to recall a player from a loan needs to be reintroduced asap in my opinion. It is very sad to see a young prospect loaned out only to be placed on the bench with out any match experience. Introduce all the control and regulation needed, but bring back the possibility to recall the player.
That I understand, but without the need to trumpet my current financial situation, this shouldn’t be a problem. But the situation has resolved itself and I’m allowed to expand with maximum number of seats again. Perhaps it was a browser bug or something – who knows.
Thx for reply anyway.
Hi
I cannot expand the stadium by more than 700 seats. Previously this hasn’t been a problem. Is this a bug or has anything been changed recently in this department?
Kind regards

Hi guys,
I know the way the players improve has been changed and i generally approve of this. I’ve noticed that my youth players doesn’t seem to improve at all, even though they play a lot of friendlies. I understand that with the new system, friendly matches doesn’t give that much experience any more, but this way there will be almost zero chance of developing new youth players!?
I find it a bit unrealistic that the young lads improves this slowly. I will use my own player “Davide Brollo” as an example. He’s played 22 friendlies, 3 serie A and a single cup match and has improved perhaps i skillpoint in total!? If this is the way it’s going to be, i’m worried that it will be extremely dificult to culture new youths.
Kind regards and thank you for such a wonderful game.

A couple of notes on the side. The new development system makes it much more attractive for managers to loan out good players in order for them to grow. This makes it much easier for new managers to loan players with 85+ in primary skill than before.
I believe that a game reset now would bring insecurity to the game. Since the game is still developing (which is fantastic!) it is likely that there will be lots of future changes of gameplay. I can’t but wonder when the next game reset will occur…
I must admit I would find a game reset catastrophic! This is a game of patience. It takes time to find and nurture good players, and a game reset, total aswell as partial, would ruin lots of hard work for a lot of players. I understand the need to adjust the financial part of the game, but this could and should be done with less drastic measures.
Hi everyone,
I have a couple of youth players who has been with the club for some time now without asking for a contract. Is there any logic behind when the player will ask for a contract? And is there any way of influencing/shorting the time until a contract demand?
Kind regards
Alexander
It must have crashed – been like this for at least an hour so far. The end-season tick is already completed.
