It would be nice to be able to use value as a search parameter using the scouting system. Like: only show players with value between x and y, or value over x. Since the scout only shows the 100 lowest valued players, this search function would be a great add-on imo.

Guimarães fans could not ask more from season 38. Winners of the League, winners of CL for the first time in history and also for the first time for both team and manager winners of the Club World Cup…
Manager Filipe Silva had another reason for celebrate as he become the first manager in history to win the CL with two different teams :D

Couto, a youngster in my team (Bordeaux), wanted to show his improvements a little bit too much during the league game Bordeaux-Guingamp. :) His enthusiasm causes a quick red card. 4 minutes on the pitch, I guess it can be a negative record in rubysoccer.

I need friendlies for almost every turn to improve my B-team. Challenge me please!
Several players available for loan. Including af 90 shooter with great potential to grow.
I think “middle of table” is a very low expectation. It is like: “keep in Premier League, don´t go to Division 1”.
Lower than “middle of table” I think we just have: “improve your team”, what it is means: “they don´t care you position in table”.
By the way, my board expectation for this season is very high:
League: Fight for the title
Cup: Reach the final
Internacional: Reach the final
It is the highest since I´ve started.
This must be a bug, as the board was expecting from me to be in middle of table, in Championship, England, now I qualified to Premier League, and they still want middle of table.
This is not possible for first season, seeing what kind of talent the Premier League has. This would maybe mean me being fired for not meeting their expectations. The board should ask for avoiding relegation in my opinion.
Anyone else agree / disagree?

The national cup draw is based on team quality, if these teams are constantly facing each other in the cup it means they’re keeping their relative quality among other Portuguese teams :)
Hi everybody. i don’t know if this is a bug or not, but It’s the third season in row that Portimonense and Sporting meet in the first round of national cup of Portugal.

philipp, i asked you for a better striker. you only find one similar with 100 shoot (that my player will have) but the other carateristics are worst than my. by the way one of the most important is control and the guy has 81. so if he worth 69M, the 100 that i ask for my is correct. about the 4 point, you are comparing a keeper with 20 years and a lot of pottencial with some guys with 27 years old and 84 pass…you can say that but you know i´m right.

Every player is worth what is paid for him… Just like in real life! Some players get sold at too high prices.. Other below their true value. As long as the seller doesn’t harm his own team by selling one of his best players for not enough or when a team pays loads of money for a player that isn’t even going to play a game because he’s not good enough!
These transfers cannot be talked about as cheating! The players make his team better offcourse there are cheaper options! But it stays his choice… Seller also has the right to claim the best price he can get, even when its far overpriced in YOUR opinion!

1 – i got 10M more than expected. the other M was not 13M worth, but 2M. both facts agreed. both deals could be cancelled if Gabriel or Danilho have the feeling that they are suspicious. Game masters currently do not have the tools to check in detail.
2 – the evaluation of how much a player is worth implicits a subjective factor (key player, missing links, …) – not everyone wants a 100shooter with 90 in dribbling, but a striker with 80+ in tac&pas, so they may prefer a 90sho with 90+ in dri and 85 in tac&pas
3 – so your player (http://www.rubysoccer.com/game/player_info/109059) maybe worth 100M for you and 2-3 other managers, but not for me. it doesnt depend on if i find similiar player for sale, but here we go (listed for sale within the last 20 turns):

80M for a 86-keeper? ok, he is 20yro and has potential, but if someone would pay you this, i demand cancelation aswell (if i were you) …
i keep with my opinion, this transfers should be cancelled. and philipp, how could you compare this deals with the one with my striker? lets make one thing: tell me how strikers you find for sale with that caracteristics and that age (he will get to 100 in the caracteristics that really matters for a striker) and i will find better midfielders and strikers than the one that the guy bought for less money…
Ulisses, (sorry for my bad english), I’ve fired him because i’ll have 35 years old, and his wage is too important for me. Thanks for your understanding. I don’t want too many high wages in my team, and really want to improve my young players…
The board considered him slightly worse than his current best, that’s why he was able to fire the veteran. And if you look at the stats individually the best he has know has 2 less points in speed but is better in everything else, except for keeping, of course…
We are willing to do changes like the one amacb suggested, which makes the life of cheaters harder.
