According to some old threads, players positioned in the “wrong” side of the field have their attributes decreased during that match (1-3 points), am I right?
Now that we have individual tactics, I would like to know if players out of their correct side will also have this kind of penalty. For example, what will happen if I have a formation where a “L” player is positioned in the “L” side of the field, but in his individual tactics I instruct him to go “all right”?

According to the game wiki the physio department only reduces the recovery time:
“The logic behind the physio department is very straightforward. Every turn there is a chance an injured player will have his remaining injured turns reduced by 2 instead of 1. This chance depends on the physio department level.
Level 0 → 0%
Level 1 → 10%
Level 2 → 20%
…
Level 10 → 100%
For a team with level 10 physio department all injured players will get better half the estimated time.

I started my career in RubySoccer a few days ago, and today I had my first young player promoted to the main squad :D
The new youth player generated to replace him is a goalkeeper, but unfortunately my youth squad already had two players in this same position, so now half of my young squad are goalkeepers!
Maybe it would be nice to have a “position balance” factor in the youth player creation algorithm, as youth squads play a important role in the game.
Anyway, RubySoccer is getting better and better! Excelent job!
PS: anyone interested in buying a goalkeeper? :D
