Does the level of the physio department effect just the healing process? Or does a higher level prevent from getting injured?

According to the game wiki the physio department only reduces the recovery time:
“The logic behind the physio department is very straightforward. Every turn there is a chance an injured player will have his remaining injured turns reduced by 2 instead of 1. This chance depends on the physio department level.
Level 0 → 0%
Level 1 → 10%
Level 2 → 20%
…
Level 10 → 100%
For a team with level 10 physio department all injured players will get better half the estimated time.

Anyway i would suggest to make an investment to the physio more attractive with better protection against injuries. Isn’t unrealistic …
As soon as injuries become more frequent and/or happen outside matches (keepers never get injured for instance) we can certainly add this kind of protection. Makes sense.
