Just luck for now mate, in the future we’ll have a real criteria for that.
This is not a priority thing but it would be nice to have the newspaper back and with some improvements (more news, better interviews)

Not that big of a deal since we all got logged in, but a message saying “thanks for signing up, your password has been sent to your email” wouldn’t hurt. ;)
Is there a way to change the default tactic that automatically shows up in the fixture screen?
For instance, i have a tactic called “A”. In all matches i have to change from Default to A. It wouldn’t be much of an issue if i could load tactic A and save it under Default without having to do it all over again, i don’t think we can do that yet.

Well, all of us know that you will possibly implement more attributes in the game.
The game misses heading and misses flair. Input flair or creativity so we can know if a player is versatile and can play in specific positions (number 10 behind the attackers)
I also think that in the formation screen it should be possible to see ALL the attributes of the player instead the 4 that are displayed now.

I forgot also other thing, I think it would be very praticle to see the friendly mixed (in the same page of all the scheduled matches)… and then we would accept or reject them. Its is not so good to check the turn on a private page to friendlys and go to the other page to check if it is nice or not to play that match according to other matches scheduled.
When we are challenged for a friendly match, it would be nice to have the possibility to accept or reject the proposal within the message displayed in our inbox, just like managersim.

would it be possible to incorporate club logos? if not i think you should make it more managersim style with all that colors and stuff

chose which manager gets the job- I know I was the first to apply for the Mighty reds, but Waddington got the call…was just wondering if there is a ranking system in place etc?? Or if it was a roll of the tombola…
There is a good explanation on how formation screen works on http://www.rubysoccer.com/mediawiki/index.php/Screen:Formations . But basically the field is divided in squares and you can only put players on those squares. 3-4-3 is totally possible, maybe not exactly the way you are imagining, but for sure with a lot of variations (off or def player positions).

I have the same problem as I wanted to use 3-4-3 with AM and DM. It is impossible right now
When I’m trying to drag the players, I believe that placing players too close to each other is not allowed, so I spent the last 20 minutes trying to configure a 3-4-3 with two wingbacks and a sweeper, behind; two side midfielders + one attacking midfielder + one defensive midfielder – in the midle; and two wingers and a striker, forward. With this field configuration, that’s absolutely impossible, every time I drag someone, the other disappears, and I always have nine players on the lineup.
yes, it is difficult because when you are facing the field you want to view the side that the player uses and you have to go to the page of the player so we can discover where he plays. and it is confusing because when you are in front of the pitch you have the right defender on the left side because the defenders are above and the midfielders and forwars below…
have to change that
It’d be nice to have the user’s team/dimension under their own pages. Or a manager list page inside the dimension. Or both… ;)
But i’m well aware that there are a lot more important things to take care right now. :)

True, would come really handy, specially now in the beginning… it’d be easier to report bugs/suggestions, i keep thinking i forgot to mention something lol
1. Do AI teams make bids on transfer listed players ?
2. Will it be possible to make a bid for a player if he is not on the TL ?
Not sure if by zone you guys are talking about the mentality (-1, 0, +1) or the sides (L, R, C). Player’s side on the atribute box would be great, either that or a link in each player to his own page. Or both. :)

This is kinda hard to explain, i’ll take some screenshots if i’m the only one having it. In on Firefox, so i shouldn’t be the only one (or at least i hope im not lol).
On the formation screen, when i get the mouse across the players, i get a box on the down right corner with the most important player atributes, according to each position. I think this is the way it’s supposed to work. After i click and drag the first player, that box disappears and the stats start showing where the mouse is, in a smaller box and with the tag showing up.

Charles, no problem at all. At this time we dont have an IP check like managersim did (but we will). However, the session timeout bug is already known and is in our “to be fixed” list.
Yep, we will sure improve that formations screen. We are also aware of some refresh bugs and the difficult of understanding the zone thing.

Workaround implemented. Still missing the final fix.
