well, I’m gonna sleep now.
in no more than 5 hours, I’ll be up.
dammit, university back from a strike.
if someones invites until there, I’ll take it.
otherwise, friendlies only for when the season begins.
next time I’ll get a PC it’ll be on turn 10 or 11 or 12, who knows?

I decided to give you a small taste of how this game can improve (or just change) fast.

I will upload some new stuff for the formations screen shortly. Please give us your feedback on that. (is that better than before?)

when we were developing the formations screen we were aware of the many problems that you guys would come up with. but we had a lot of things to implement, so we decided to go on and come back on this screen later. this is one of the most important screens on the game, be sure we will work all its problems out, but we depend on you guys to do so, with suggestions and fingers pointed.
if you think about the flexibility that the idea we had can give the manager (when everything is well explained and working ok), you may cheer up a little bit :).

Toni, we already have a lot that could help to implement that feature. This forum is an example, you can see a lot of info about timing on it.

Hi Artur, why do you have such trauma with “pagamento seguro” (for example)? It does almost exactly what you mentioned: you use a credit card and we can transfer the amount to one account, later. Paypal is kind of harder because we cant transfer to bank accounts here in brazil, but it also has its ways.

Nobody has that money yet, I also saw that and had a good laugh, now it´s time for bargains, selling under real price, teams need to stenghten their squads in certain positions, every squad has his weaknesses and advantages, I have too much defenders for the tactic I want to implant, so I´m selling the ones in surplus, but cheap, probably other teams need some defenders, and have midfielders to sell, and so on, if we all do this, we can make competitive squads, and most of all test the transfer market in a proper way.

I wouldn´t sell that player in this moment of the game even for those 20M…

You really need to sort this out, we don´t have a problem bounding to the areas of the pitch, but you guys really need to design de area squares on the pitch, because the way is it now, one keeps switching players unvoluntarely as we try to adapt formations.
If we can see the boundaries of each area it would be a great help, I think this one is kind of high priority.

I took one hour and a half too make my squad, and I´m sure I only did it because I have big experience in this kind of games.

Also please adress to Ricardo Costa´s issues about the tactic saving, he´s issues are very important for optimized game play.

jsut so you know, there doesn’t appear to be any input for who you want in as a sub.
As such, make sure only one keeper is on the field in the GK box.

after that, make sure you have 10 players total for offense, mid and defense. i had errors like yours cause i kept on putting two keepers in. hope this helps.

I havent commented at the blog because every sugestion you guys might need was on a general way already given, so I was waiitng this BETA to come out, and now it will be time to talk ;)

I would like to thank all the crew that made this possible.

Anyway Ricardo Costa announced at a fórum what you were doing, and we also contacted all of our portuguese players we knew back from Soccersim (I still call it that way), and we all came to help, as far as me, Ricardo Costa, Alexandre Festas and some others concern, I think I can speak from all of us, you´ll be geting the best testing and reports we should be able to compile.

My 1st sugestion is not about the game, please, arranje way at the blog or at the game, to make a donation directly by credit card, and not having to use paypal or pagamento seguro, I refuse to make transactions over those kind of sites, nomatter how safe they can be. I would like to help in my limited resources, but not that way.

Also, if you want to mail me directly with the account number and the name of the bank, I can transfer directly to there.

Let´s make a great game, "seus brazucas malucos ;) "

Well ive spent 4 hours trying to validate my formation and still it wont work. Ive read the help guide but it makes no difference. I think im gonna give up because its not worth the hassle.

yes I think it should have some minimum ticks before the player is sold, lets say 3.

Let´s see what happens and think of a good way to solve the problem if it appears.

After playing my Managersim with a style that had a very high risk of bankcrupry I definitely appreciate the chance to sell a player quickly. :-))

I guess I was the one who bought one of your players Toni :-)
AI teams do buy players, but I don’t think they’d do that right away, as they’re all in a regular financial situation.

Anyway, I understand your concerns about our transfer process and even though we’ll have ways of monitoring cheap transfers (and limitations to the transfer price) it can become a problem. Adding this tick minimum would require a considerable amount of changes in our negotiations code, so let’s see how the current system works out in the first place.
